The location of the hotel is perfect. You can reach eatery places and malls easily with walking distance. The hotel is located nearby Komtar and 1st Avenue mall. The room is very comfortable and staff are friendly. The hotel parking is free by registering your carplate number during the check-in at the lobby.

A highly recommended hotel.. no wonder it's always busy.. the staff are friendly, the food is varied and delicious, the hotel room is comfortable and you can refill your drinking water as much as you like 😆 I've stayed here twice and will always stay here.

The hotel staff is friendly, it's close to everything, including the bus terminal, the front of the mall, the swimming pool and gym, the full breakfast, and the comfortable and well-equipped atmosphere. The reception Mr. Vithasagar was pleasant, room service attendance were responsible, the location was very near to town area, parking was joint to Cititel hotel, overall all good, thank you😊

I and my family enjoyed our stay. We liked the breakfast buffet. Good location, walking distance to 1st Avenue and Prangin Mall, near public transport, and near the main road. The staff there are friendly.

Everything was satisfactory, from security, receptionist, and staff, all were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is right opposite the Komtar (bus station) and as we were travelling to Ipoh after Penang, it was an extremely convenient location for us. I like the fact that a water dispenser was provided outside the hotel rooms; this was a great sustainable alternative to bottled water, although bottled water was also provided. The hotel staff was also very accommodating in providing us a connecting room for my family and I.

best location for new year count down as komtar is just opposite of our room!
