I had a great stay. Staff were courteous, 1-bedroom residence was spacious and clean. The bed was amazing too. This hotel is nearby many food options as well as minimarts and a supermarket. Parking is free and aplenty. Would stay here again given the chance.

Very nice hotel, clean, friendly staffs, and very reasonably priced. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Not so much retail/shopping stores though. Overall very nice stay.

I'm a regular guest. VE is my favourite hotel to stay when I'm in Kuala Lumpur. Its location is convenience which make it easy to travel around. Near to Bangsar & Mid Valley Mega Mall where you can get almost everything that you want plus good food. Never worry about getting stuck in a jam or you might miss your flight. Good service and friendly staff. Buffet is nice, mix of Asian, Western etc. But you have to call housekeeping if you want them to clean your room.

The location is awesome, nearby all the office complexes in Bangsar. More food options, minimarts, and restaurants nearby, including in basement area and Nexus building across the street. 10 minutes to Mid Valley, 20 minutes to Bukit Bintang. Facilities are great, rooms are quiet and wide, with complete amenities available. The air conditioner was a bit uncontrollable, very cold even when in fan setting. All in all, great option in the area for that price range.

Check-in/out was smooth, only allowed 1 keycard tho. Got a room on level 13 which has all the facilities we need (bottled water, iron, hairdryer, coffee/tea kettle set, kiblat guide, free car park, among the other typical ones). Bed & pillows are very comfortable, location is convenient & value for money.

Check-in process easy & smooth. They didn't need deposit. Room was okay. Bed was quite hard and towel that I received was torn. Breakfast was so so — Overall, the hotel was okay.
