Guests must transfer to the property via airplane or floatplane and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Information provided by the property may be translated using automated translation tools. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers mandatory transfer fees for guests ages 7-17. This property is accessible by seaplane. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 72 hours before their expected arrival. Guests may transfer via seaplane from Male International Airport to the property (45-minute flight; flights are not operational after 3:15 PM Male time. All transfers are subject to availability. Transfer duration is approximate and may change depending on weather conditions, tides, and rough seas. To receive seaplane transfers, international flights must land in Male by 3:15 PM (Male time) and depart at 9:25 AM or later (Male time). Guests can expect a wait time of up to 3 hours for seaplane transfers. Guests are accommodated at the Adaaran Lounge while they wait. Guests arriving after 4 PM or departing before 9:25 AM are advised to book a local hotel room in Male. The property is not responsible for transfer delays or cancellations due to weather, sea, or tide conditions. Luggage in excess of 20 kg/person for main luggage and 5 kg/person for hand luggage may incur a fee, payable to the seaplane company during flight check-in. In some cases, luggage may not be transported on the same seaplane flight as the passengers; luggage may be sent on a later flight or via speedboat. Please note, seaplane transfers are conducted by a third-party supplier and the resort is not liable for loss or damages of any item.
