Great staff, food was delicious, beautiful island. Just wish the bar fridge in the room was colder. Highly recommend this resort !

The staff was amazing. They had amazing activities that were included in our stay like a dolphin cruise. They also had very responsibly priced activities like scuba diving and snorkeling that me and my husband enjoyed. Who doesn’t love to swim with a sea turtle?!?! Even when it rained the water was still beautiful. So much to do and so many places to relax. Wish we would have stayed longer.

We had a lovely stay at Heritance Aarah on our honeymoon. It's a beautiful island and our beach villa with a pool was huge and very comfortable. The coral reefs on the island are good but a bit of swim from the beach. The pool area and bar is a great place to hang out. The hotel embraces all inclusive with 5 different restaurants to choose from and 1 additional restaurant for the ocean villas where they arranged a surprise evening for our honeymoon which was wonderful. My favourite was Ambula, the crab curry was superb. All were good and we did really enjoy the buffet for dinner as well as lunch/breakfast, a huge selection of food and curries and whole baked fish were great. Only thing is the service could be better Ginifathi. The drinks menu is extensive, soo many options. I got through most of the red wines, nearly all were absolutely delicious. The cocktails and soft drinks were good. The sky bar is beautiful place for drinks. The service throughout was great, especially our house cleaner, Muhammad, and our host, Arka. Our room was always clean with the minibar refreshed regularly. Arka sorted everything we needed throughout the stay and made our trip more special. If you want an island with lots to do and lots of options, this is the place for you.

Le paradis sur terre existe😍Rien à redire, confort, nourriture, cadre, personnels un 10/10. Je recommande les yeux fermés. Un pure moment de détente ds un lieu magnifique!!!Merci pour cette belle découverte.

Wonderful 10 day stay! The staff was outstanding, the food options were great. The room (Ocean Suite - 2 story) was very comfortable. The pool was nice and warm, and the stairs to the ocean were convenient for a swim in the ocean. The main pool was nice, but a bit crowded. Wish they had chairs on the beach with umbrella's, but guessing they would get taken up fast. It was hard to get a lounge chair at the pool. The ocean suites pool was nice, but needed umbrella's, it was very hot in the direct sun. The ocean suites restaurant was very good and nice to not be in a larger crowd. I did an art class, painting, which was fun to do. Very good teacher and a fun remembrance of the trip. The spa was good, we had a couples massage and the staff was good. It was fun to watch the glass window below looking to the ocean. Overall a great stay, would go again!

The Heritance resort is perhaps one of the best places to stay in the world. It is extremely organized, with excellent restaurants and great options for entertainment. Add to that, beautifully decorated rooms, cleaned twice a day, with comfortable mattresses and pillows and excellent showers and bathtubs. On top of all that, the resort staff is fantastic, they do everything they can to help. We had the pleasure of being able to count on Mr. Mahender, who helped us in everything possible, an extremely capable and kind person, who will always have my recognition for the indescribable moments he gave us.

Tout à été parfaitement organisé par l’hôtel, de la prise en charge de notre arrivée, jusqu’à notre départ. Le personnel était au petit soin pour nous, avenant et prévenant. Ils faut dire que nous sommes exigeants! Nous étions en famille, 4 personnes et deux villas sur l’océan. Notre Butler „Prikchit“ a été vraiment au petit soin pour nous. Les Villas sur l’eau sont sublimes, l’équipement et le service nettoyage est parfait! Pour les extras, Sport nautique et Plongée sous-marine non compris dans le All inclusif, sont cher, par contre le matériel est impeccable et le service est très professionnels. Nous avons pu voir énormément de dauphins, nager avec une Ray Manta, des tortues, et des milliers de beau poisson, et autre type ray, requins, tout ça dans le respect de la faune marine. Par contre, pour voir les beaux coraux, il faut aller au bord des récifs… voir en plongée sous-marine au large dans l’océan. Exceptionnel expérience! sur une des plages de l’hôtel, nous avons assistés à l’éclosion d’un nie de tortues marine et le personnels était présent pour s’assurer qu’elles atteignent l’océan. Les différents restaurants proposés sont très bon. Les diner et menus organisés en extra ( ex: pour un anniversaire, avec plateaux de Sushi et Homards) sont cher, reste néanmoins un souvenir exceptionnel.

Paradise and outstanding service, food, accommodation. 5+ Holiday But too much families with children. There are 2 pools and the families invades both pools. The children screams, splashing water, jumping up and down. When u pay 15.000 - 20.000$ for your trip its NOT OK!!! The Management should make the infinty pool with bar only for couples(Adults Only) So can all the families be in the pool at the pizza restaurant

Goede service, faciliteiten, mooie appartementen. Een van de mooiste plekken waar we zijn geweest. Alles is top geregeld. Redelijk nieuw resort, dus alles ziet er strak uit. Zeker value for money!

Its a beautiful resort on a stunning island. The facilities are very new and of great quality. They paid attention to detail. Food was particularly exceptional with set menus at a very high level of fine dining ! Overall exquisite experience

Hands down the best vacation we've ever been on. The overwater villa was perfect in every way. Our butler Prashant left us wanting for nothing. He handled all our dinner reservations and drove us to dinner every night, if we needed a bucket of ice to our room, it was there in minutes, if we needed more beer, wine or a bottle of alcohol delivered to the room, it was there in no time at no extra charge. House keeping was also amazing, our villa was cleaned twice a day including turn down service at night. The food was amazing, their kitchen staff is very talented and you never left anywhere hungry. Also, their pizza at the pool was phenomenal, which was an excellent surprise. Overall the best experience I have ever had at a resort!

Disappointed to say the least, the resort is beautiful but the management and staff dont do anything to enhance your stay despite only being at 30% occupancy. There is just too much to mention but ill try and be as brief as possible. Upon arrival in to MLE airport we was ushered through to the Sea Plane check in desk, I was informed that our luggage was overweight and it would cost is 180 USD which I had no problem with, so we taken a bus to the sea plane lounge and there we was waiting almost 3 hours and we was told we would be waiting for a Russian family of 9 (our group was 4 people) and when they arrived i was told 1 of our luggage would have to be added to the later sea plane because the plane was now overweight. I told them we was first to the lounge so why should we have to wait for our luggage and the Russian family not have to wait for theirs despite arriving after us ? No satisfactory answer was given. We then arrived to the resort after a 40 minute sea plane ride, (the plane is unbearable and has absolutely no space for the 14 of us that were in it) and because of having to wait for a bag (after paying for it to join us) and the fact im a hotels.com gold member I expected to be upgraded or at least greated with something as an apology.... Well absolutely nothing was offered despite being at a very low occupancy ? Just to add a few more things, Staff are very dismissive. Hotel didnt have normal lettuce as they didnt receive supplies. The list goes on.

El Hotel es muy bueno, tiene de todo y de primer nivel, pero lo mejor es su gente y me refiero a todos con los que nos tocó interactuar. Nosotros tuvimos a María que nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos.

悪くはないです、、、ただ数あるリゾートの中で印象に残る５つ星のサービス・質ではありません。 客層は韓国人&中国人が８割程度、残りが欧州系やインド系。 このホテルの発展とホテル選びをする皆様のためにレビューを書きます！ 部屋の内装：写真通りで満足しました！２名で水上ヴィラに泊まりました。シャワーの水圧もしっかりしてて快適です。ベットのマットレスはgood！テレビは３５インチぐらいかな？ アメニティ：毎日の補充がない。つめやすり、フェイスコットン・裁縫セットなど一通りのものはありましたが、初日以外、補充がなく自分からバトラーにお願いしないと追加がきませんでした。これぐらいは毎日補充して欲しかったです。 ミニバー：ジュース、チョコ,牛乳、コーラ、スプライト、ワインが入ってましたが毎日の補充はなし。今までとまったオールインクルーシブのホテルはどこも初日と同じように補充されてたのでがっかりしました。頼めばいいんですが、面倒くさいので、、、 食事：５つのレストランと３つのバーがあるとのことで、オールインクルーシブでも飽きが来にくいと思ってこのホテルを選びましたが・・・。１つのレストラン&１つのバーは改装のため閉店中。水上ヴィラでもスイートの部屋に泊まってないと、使用に１００ドル掛かるとのことで実際に使ったレストランは、３つのレストラン（うち１つは夕食のみ）と２つのバー。　朝食&ランチは２つのレストランからしか選べないため、３泊目には飽きました。宿泊前にお店が閉まってることの通知なし。 料理は、印象に残る美味しさではないですが美味しいです。カクテルはどれも丁寧に作られておりとってもよかったです！印象に残ったのは以下レストランです。 RALU:Staff were all nice. Particularly, Rahil?(Sorry we don't know your spell) We was glad that you came and talked to me in Japanese. HATAA:The staff was very friendly and accommodating.I would like to comment how pleased I was with the service provided by the man(He wearing glasses, worked on September 28 in Tai food). バトラー：水上ヴィラに宿泊したからか１名ついてくれました、彼とはSNSでやり取り（英語）をします。レスポンスはとても早いです。ミニバーに炭酸水がなく追加で頼んだらすぐにもってきてくれました。 hishan, he was very friendly and nice smile! Thank you for your kindness at work(especially,we was glad that quick your response is very good). SPA：９０分の２名のマサージで約４００ドルでした。東京の安めのスパという技術レベルで残念。揉み返しきちゃいました。部屋のゴミ箱には前の客の下着が残っているのが見えて嫌でした。 バギー：気遣いがあと一息足りない。バギーから客が降りる場所をあと１メートル前にしてくれれば、木にぶつからないのに、、でもどのスタッフも親切で笑顔がいい。 施設は写真通り良ですよ！

brand new resort - our stay at Heritance Aarah was wonderful - big & very clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner - we stayed here 2 weeks and had an amazing time !!!
