Boring breakfast with limited fresh fruits and veggies. Boring buffet dinner. I recommend, you don’t buy with your stay. Same boring foods with limited fruits and veggies. City view is “building view”. No city, just walls and bricks. It’s good hotel for those who are budget conscious. IT’S A DRY RESORT. No alcohol beverages sold at the hotel or surrounding restaurants. Loved the cleanliness. It’s clean. Loved the staff. Professional. Staff is nice. THEY TAKE GREAT CARE IF YOU. Loved the location. Great location. All roads surrounding the hotel are made of dirt so, no cute shoes. The beach is extremely rocky so wear water shoes to protect your feet.

I communicated in my reservation my view preference and upon arrival , you exceeded my expectations! I was comfortably snd extremely pleased with the accommodations. customer service, location, my food and the kindness of your staff. Allon was especially kind in helping make my husband's birthday very special by y being attentive and taking a few photos of our dining. Thank you to the entire waitstaff and my french toadt and omelet makers! Immefiate eye contact and a big smile always. Will not stay anywhere else when I return.

View from the balcony was superb. Staff were very friendly. Buffet breakfast was good. Restaurant food was also good. Pool was fantastic.

What a wonderful stay we had. The hotel is right on the bikini beach so you step out of the hotel and BAM beach time. The hotel is clean and fresh and everyone has their role to play. Great snorkeling experience and felt safe and well looked after. Meal options are fab and the buffet dinner is a treat. We stayed in the deluxe room with balcony, room 1704 and it was amazing to see the sun set, beach from our bed. We met Anisur whilst dinning and he was always so friendly with us. Giving us tips off lovely food and drinks to try at that time. He was attentive with our dishes and drinks and always was very respectful and happy and smiling. A true asset as out a lot of other staff we met but couldn't remember there names. Absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming again.

Magic, Roxanne, Try, Maga, Linda and Shafiq were all amazing. All the staff were super friendly and helpful The individuals named above went above and beyond to make our stay and our marriage ceremony amazing. My wife and I couldn't be happier, and we will certainly be coming back. Thanks again to our new friends at the Kaani Palm Beach.

Incredible peaceful setting. The staff always ready to help in any way, another towel? Don't need service? ok, but here is your complementary water for today. Just need towels, no problem. Beautiful lounge area as you enter. Excellent dining area and breakfast buffet!

Kaani Palm beach was excellent hotel. I enjoyed my 3 days with very good breakfast. My room was beach facing with balcony. Clean and resonabily maintained service items. One of the plugs was not work. I repoted and they sent a electrician straightway. A small but decent infinitely pool was very good with excellent views. Face to face communication was very good with the staff. But over the telephone, it was a bit weak. The weakest link is the advise on transfer from the airport to Maafushi is less frequent outside of 7 am to 6 pm, also the costly. Hope some clear information transfers and well published timetables would have been very useful.

I had top room with ocean view. Can only recommend if you can afford it. Infinity pool on the rooftop "must see" place No fitnes or anything for sport in the hotel! Plan rather watersport activities.

“Pleasant Stay.” Positive Points: 1. Amazing view from the balcony (top floor). 2. Wonderful location (travel-friendly crowd). 3. ⁠Staffs of the restaurant were well-trained. Negative Points: 1. The difference of the room rate from one website to another (or direct rate from the property) is huge. 2. ⁠Staffs of the reception should be professional.

The sea view is beautiful

Staff is amazing, helpful and very attentive: it was wonderful experience staying there. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety and we went on 4 excursions with Kaani team and everything was fantastic! Well organized, on time, and again, wonderful staff! Certainly recommend.

We stayed here for 9 nights, celebrating our 20th anniversary! PROS: staff - some staff members (Karim in the restaurant) go above and beyond, excursions were fantastic - we done snorkeling with sharks and the turtles, both were brilliant, the staff running these excursions are amazing and do absolutely everything in their power to make sure you have the best experience, a la carte dining is exceptional, pool, spa etc were all great, I'd recommend having a massage while you're here. CONS: our bedding was not changed once, housekeeping was quite basic, our room was tiny (city view 2905) as was the balcony-not the room shown on expedia, the minute you arrive you're bombarded with excursion options - which were massively oversubscribed, the shower pressure in our room was a poor, there was a terrible smell, we asked them to look at this and they sent someone up who turned it on and said its ok and left. Whilst out one night a storm hit, on return to our room there was puddles of water on the ledge above the bed, mattress, bedding was soaked, maintenence came up climbed outside and pointed out where water was coming in, said they'd sort it, but no mention of wet bed, my husband said no this was the last straw we want moved, the boy that came to take us to the new room was really rude basically indicating we'd done it! New room was huge, shower pressure perfect, huge balcony and the same as on expedia! We did have a great time, its a lovely hotel and we'd come back.
