Ecohabit Monterrey

No me quede en el hotel. La verdad viajaba sola y el hotel estaba solo en medio de nada y me dio miedo por tanto trailer alrededor. Decidi perder la noche y me fui a un lugar donde me sintiera segura. No puedo decir que no es un mal hotel solo para una mujer sola no se me hizo que descansaria del miedo.

The staff was friendly and make you feel safe

I knew not to expect much for $31 US but let the guest know when handing them to remotes that they need one to operate the heater as I declined them wasn’t interested in tv. Office was closed at 5am so no coffee headed back to room to shower and NO hot water it was 39f in Monterrey that morning. Got taxi and headed to airport for coffee while rumpled and grumpy

One of the worst places I have ever stayed. Lousy customer service. Place in an abandoned or almost empty shopping center. Dark and unsafe.

Close to airport and about $7.50USD (150MXN) transpiration fare to airport. In an industrial area but great for quick overnight. Small rooms but with flat TVs, minisplit ACs and mini refrigerator in the rooms.

Do not stay here, looka like a cheap cheap hotel, pictures are nothing like the rooms

I didn't stay i prefered to pay and not stay the hotel was terrible completely very diferent to the pictures it shows !!!

Nice little hotel with nice people. I really enjoyed my stay.

For the cost it was a budget buy although the property was somewhat hidden and it was difficult to get Uber to come pick me up at 5:30 am to take me to the airport. The room had a strange unpleasant order near the headboard and the shower was not all that clean. I would not recommend this place for a comfort stay!

Super dirty

Good location at around 5 or 6 minutes away from the airport. overall good enough for the price.

The room was very small no desk lamps there was a sewer gas Oder in the room most of the time no close restaurants and no one delivered to that area could not even get a cup of coffee I had to rent a car so could at least get food and coffee

I sent my girlfriend with instructions to request airport shuttle service at 4 a.m. I understood this was included. But the lady at the counter was rude to her and told her she had to call in and she could not provide the service. She would not even call her a cab, she had to manage that herself. They would not have done this to me, but she is so nice any half with employee can bully her and she will put up with it. BUT this is no excuse at all. I will never book this hotel again.

This is by far the WORST hotel we have ever stayed in. We arrived past 1am because our flight was at 6am and we only wanted to shower before flying out. Well, the restroom was taken over by 2 giant cockroaches (BTW I’m terrified by them).
