This hotel is fun and funky. We like to stay here when we are passing through Villahermosa. There's a lot to look at and explore within the hotel. The staff are very friendly and professional. The restaurant food is decent enough.

The hotel staff is very professional, polite, very attentive and attention to detail. The Hotel is so beautiful and is kept clean at all times. Anything you need they are there for you. This was my third time I stayed at Hotel Baez Carrizal and the staff remembered me and my family. The second time I stayed was for my honeymoon and it was an amazing experience. Gracias a todos. Thank you to all.

After checking out and gone for one day , I realize I left my iPhone charger and went back the next day and they gave it to me (only remarking that because there or here the charger is expensive when is original ) I'll be staying there :)
