Hotel Century Reforma

Hotel was good, room was fairly clean and amenities were okay! Good location!

No mini-bar/fridge in room; no hair dryer. Coffee service in room daily stocked, a plus, as well as bottled water provided daily. Piece of chocolate on top of a positive card left daily on bed; appreciated. TV screen took a while to understand how to make it work, in addition volume +/- had to be done manually. Food was wonderful. Room service accurate and quick. Excellent staff all around. Definitely worth the stay.

The staff in every department was outstanding. Each person went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. The restaurant was excellent. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and provided a great selection each morning. We ate most of our meals there. The room was spacious and clean. The only downside was handicap accessibility. Certain areas were difficult to navigate. They did provide me a stool for in the shower without be asked upon my arrival. Bravo to the bellman.

Prime location in CDMX. I got sick halfway through my stay, so I didn't leave the room half the time I was there. On that note, the bed was comfy and room service was available 24 hours a day. Staff was attentive

Good location if you want to party

Everything was excellent from the moment I checked in by this lovely lady at front desk. My room was very spacious and beautiful.

Had another great stay. The staff everywhere is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food is outstanding including their pizza. We ended up moving to a higher floor to reduce the noise.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Century Reforma. My buddy and I checked in around 2:00 PM, and the front desk staff were very accommodating, allowing us to check in early before the official time. It was a great first impression. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice city view, good air conditioning, and a cozy seating area that added to the ambiance. The bed was comfortable, and the washroom featured a jacuzzi‑style bathtub, which was a nice touch. Room service was prompt and friendly throughout our stay. The rooftop pool also offered a beautiful view of the city. Although we didn’t get the chance to use it, it definitely added to the appeal of the hotel. My buddy left after the first night, and I checked out early on my second night around 9:30 PM because I had a midnight flight. The staff asked me to note my early departure on the guest card. I complied, though I hope this information is used appropriately and that the room isn’t made available to others for the remainder of the night after my checkout. Overall, the hotel offered a comfortable stay, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Clean room, very friendly staff, excellent location. It’s undergoing renovations so the price should reflect that. the location and the attention from the staff makes up for everything. Would stay again!
