Elevator problem and worry about earth quake durig i staying....

No solicitamos alimentos. El hotel esta bien ubicado, pero hay demasiado ruido en las calles. Hoy martes a las 2am se escuchaba un mariachi como si estuviera en la recepcion del hotel. Muchas sirenas y ruidos nocturnos asi como en el mismo piso.

Quise conocer la terraza donde está la alberca y pasaron pocos minutos de haber cerrado y no accedieron con abrir, bastante Inflexibles con eso...

Habitación linda con todo lo necesario, tenía balcón, cama cómoda. Tiene estacionamiento a lado con costo de 125 por noche. El restaurante me pareció muy bueno con precios muy decentes y buen sabor, la decoración bonita. Me pareció una opción muy buena y el personal muy amable así que volveré seguramente.

La gente en recepción fabulosa Seguridad increíble La habitación grande y cómoda La llave del baño estaba mal no salía agua caliente y tenía fuga. Llame a los 10 mins llegaron a reparar muy amable el Sr de mantenimiento El garage para mi auto buenísimo y cómodo nada caro solo $120 x día. Yo le daría un 9 este hotel

We wanted to cancel our booking because of changing our travel plans but since we booked the non-refundable room, we couldn't cancel it. We booked 4 nights and ended up staying only 1 night. However, the experience of staying the hotel century Reforma was wonderful! The location was perfect. The room was clean and spacious. The receptionist was friendly and kind. The doorman was sweet and dedicated. Some people left reviews like it's noisy, and yes, I could hear people talked loudly at midnight or car sounds in the early morning. But it wasn't too bad. Maybe our room was located a better side. Overall, we liked it and we want to come back again!

We were in Mexico City for a second time on our way home. We had an excellent stay with super friendly staff, beautiful lobby and a beautiful view from our room on the 19th floor and so comfortable beds. Pool area was wonderful and gorgeous views of the city from there also. We loved the Zona Rosa area and was close to so much delicious food and activities.

Realmente fue muy agradable mi estancia de una noche , solo una observación, desconozco las razones técnica de tener dos controles remotos para la TV, eso me complico un poco y, además no pude ver NETFLIX porque el hotel no cuenta con eso, se me indico que yo tenía que usar mi cuenta personal o crear una, la cual no tengo jejej, ya que en mi domicilio, la cuenta la tienes mis hijas y quien sabe como se hace eso, bueno pero al menos pude ver YOUTUBE. fuera de eso todo estuve excelente, saludos

El hotel sobrepasó mis expectativas. Excelente en todos los sentidos. El único comentario que les haría es que cuando pedí el desayuno a la habitación, me respondieron que tardaban media hora, pues tenían mucha gente. Volví a llamar a los 45 min y la persona que Me atendió, dijo que no tenían nuestro pedido, pus la persona “olvidó” anotarlo y que tardaban 15 min más. Llegaron exactamente a los 15’ y el desayuno fue muy bueno.

We had planned a relaxing stay at Hotel Century Reforma, but unfortunately had to leave the morning of our arrival due to a family emergency—our son was in a car accident and admitted to the ER, and we had to catch the first flight back to Texas. I explained the situation to the hotel staff, hoping for some compassion or flexibility, but was told that since we booked through Expedia at a non-refundable rate, they couldn’t reimburse us for the unused nights. While I understand how hotel policies work, I also know that properties have complete discretion to make exceptions in extreme cases. This was one of those moments, and it’s disappointing that the hotel chose not to exercise that discretion. Beyond the lack of empathy, the property itself left much to be desired. The windows seem quite old—street noise poured in constantly, making it hard to rest. The hotel feels outdated overall, and the uneven floors were especially difficult for someone like me, who suffers from chronic vertigo. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for travelers seeking comfort, quiet, or responsive service in moments of crisis.
