Es quizas parecido a un motel. El baño si presenta deterioro Para el control del tv hay que dejar deposito El desayuno aunque lo pagues en expedia no te lo dan y hay que hacer reclamo

El hotel esta en una excelente ubicación con todo cerca incluso un supermercado no se escucho ruido y el precio fue justo aunque tienen varias opciones de acuerdo a tus necesidades. El personal muy atento, cabe mencionar que el servicio de caja fuerte en recepción ya no esta disponible.

Todo sucio y oliendo mal el baño asqueroso

Room was dirty, lights would go in and out, every towel in that room had an unknown stain on it, people were throwing a party up til 2 am so couldn’t get much sleep. pictures are very misleading to how the hotel actually is. not clean at all and no type of AC

Friendly staff

My stay at Hotel Mallorca was extremely disappointing. I arrived around 1:00 AM due to a delayed flight, and check‑in took roughly 30 minutes because the front desk staff did not speak English and relied entirely on a translation app. This created unnecessary delays and confusion at a time when efficient service should matter most. The room I was given was outdated and poorly maintained. It had an old cathode‑ray‑tube television, worn towels, a leaking faucet, and non‑potable water. The bathroom lighting was inadequate, with only a single bulb above the sink and a dark shower area. The bed squeaked with every movement, and the walls were so thin that noise from the neighbouring room was clearly audible throughout the night. The next morning, when I returned to pick up the key I had left at reception, I was abruptly told that my guest was not allowed in my room because my reservation listed only one occupant. This restriction was never communicated at booking or check‑in, and the way it was enforced — including being told he had to leave within minutes — felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. Given the poor service, substandard room conditions, and the mishandling of guest policies, I chose to leave and secure another accommodation. I cannot recommend this property based on my experience.

Simple snd comfortable. Very central and quiet. Worth it!!!

The staff was terrible the room awful never again.

I booked thru Expedia, got my confirmation number, but once I got to the hotel they said they didn’t have any reservation. I wasn’t the only person there with the same problem. If they see that it’s happening with a lot of potential customers why don’t they (Mallorca hotel) call Expedia and tell them that they don’t have any rooms available? It really sucks because it was a long flight, and we had to go thru that and to top it off we still had to find some where eles to stay. Very frustrating.

The staff were very friendly and location was amazing however the room was in dire need of a renovation. Although the room was somewhat comfortable, it lacked basic amenities like ample outlets, decent lighting, newer/refreshed bedding and bathroom amenities like newer towels.

Todo estuvo mal, las habitaciones, el ruido de las palomas en las ducterias, la limpieza. No debería tener sitios así en su lista de recomendaciones

El hotel en general está muy desgastado (viejo), huele a humedad y la habitación no estaba completamente limpia

This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I picked again ,because of price and location. And once again there was no hot water in my room.

Room had previous trash from other staying before us.we found bed bugs in the room.

Recepcion pesima con los recepcionistas comiendo mientras te atendian, eso fue muy anti-igienico, señora de limpieza muy amable y servicial, hay buenos shops en el area La primera noche tube almoadas muy malas. La señora de la limpieza fue muy amable y cambiarmelas al dia siguiente, fue la unica persona cordial en todo el hotel.

Rooms are clean, staff is friendly conly bad thing elevator isn’t working

Everything was close.

Not a great stay. Would not recommend unless you do not have any other option.
