Overall is agood place to stay for the money. Clean and quiet.

The place it's close to "el camino del romance", "las tarascas", acueducto, and a few blocks of Catedral de Morelia " downtown.

This is the second time I encounter issues at check in. I call and my room according to staff was ready and available for early check in. Due to a delayed on the highway, I arrived around 3:30pm and was told I was going to have to wait, that kind of got me upset and they did provide me with a room, but again this is the second time they do that, they also did not provide room upgrade as a VIp status

Even though the staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, the actual condition of the hotel is terrible. My first room had a window that didn’t fully close and had street noise. My 2nd room after asking to get a different one had an ongoing noise coming that kept me up. When you add the peeling paint on walls and doors plus general state of disarray it’s hard to understand where those 3 stars came from. I actually ended up giving up my last night and going to a different hotel.

The only thing was bad is the WI-FI

Floor needs fixing. Terrible pillows. Loved the room though.

Hard pillows and ragged towels, airless sunless rooms. Nice staff though.

It is a little older and far from the center of the city for my liking

I love this Hotel is cozy and beautiful convenient location in Downtown Morelia close to Mercado Livertad where you can find all kinds of food fruit and souvenirs

No ac, cockroach on the floor, and if you open the window to cool off, too much noise.

Mostly friendly staff. The rooms are inexpensive, but pretty comfortable. Small elevator. Probably the only inconvenience. Parking is a few doors down, safe,covered,with cameras. Streets in Morelia are bad. Here is no different. It's on the edge of el Centro. An outdoor market around the corner for fruits,vegetables, etc.. Just a few blocks from a lot of things if you want to stay in and see the historic City Center. I extended my stay on property and will return to this hotel. They're pretty accomodating. No pool or gym,but there's an inexpensive gym nearby called EcoGym. I've stayed in a dozen hotels in Morelia. This is in the top 3 and one of the 4 least expensive. The others weren't as good
