Esta bien por el precio Esta limpio, pero no tienen breakfast continental, como dicen, solo agua caliente y opciones de crema en polvo muy limitado, diria nada Solo un tipo de cafe lo cual no vale la pena Son amables Esta en el centro pero el centro esta super sucio, huele mal y no me gusto

Lo unico que no me gusto es que al momento de recervar supuestamente incluye breakfast, solo es agua caliente, una opcion de cafe y cremas pero my limitado No hay nada a lo que yo llamaria breakfast continental o por lomenos comparandolo con otros lugares El precio es bueno y me preguntaron en varias ocaciones si necesitaba algo Si regresaria Cerca del centro y a 5min caminando de la central camionera

The bed was very terrible

Simple but cute. Great service and excellent location.

The property is nothing like the pictures show, room was extremely small there was no room between beds, smelled of sweaty sheets, gym was not gum but a small room with 2 machines parking was a back area that you were locked in and gad to request to be let in and out, we lost money and did not stay it was a terrible experience for my children.

breakfast is so poor, not enough varity

Very small rooms. Parking needs lots of improvement , been share, and the cars have to come out on Monday morning !!!!!!????

The hotel room was small, but comfortable. It was dated and could use a new coat of paint, but it was clean for the most part.

Overall it is a nice hotel. Staff is friendly, and very helpful. Only thing would be the pictures were not what the room looked like. The room was very tiny, but for the price, i cannot complain. I would say, if you are looking for something cheap, this is your place. It is not in the center of the city either (heads up).

Staff is very helpful, the hotel is well located and the rooms are clean, although a little small. But it is very good choice if you are looking for a good but not so expensive hotel.

No Soap No toilet tissue No Shampoo No free Breakfast (advertised as available) No air-conditioning Mosquito in room Internet only worked about half the time The wobbliest ceiling fan I have EVER seen. You have got to be kidding me! TV did not work. As you can see, I was NOT a happy camper this hotel is only worth about $10.00 a night. The staff were nice and do speak English but the hotel is very poorly maintained and the room I stayed in was in serious need of renovation.

At first glance, this hotel was pretty great. Less than a kilometer from the Bus Station, a walk away from a car rental place, a 5 minute drive from the city center, and a sleek and modern look and feel. There was a valet service, free coffee or tea, and even a money exchange service. Everything seemed newly renovated; the lobby area was nice and clean. When we first got to our room, it seemed pretty clean compared to other hotels we had been in while our trip to Mexico. The bathroom was clean and seemed very updated. However, at bed time, when I opened my bed, there were short dark hairs!!!!! I am hoping they were leg hairs, but still. That is disgusting. It's like they didn't even wash the sheets after the last guest, because there is no way those hairs would have been there after washing them. The next morning when I woke up, I found a flea crawling on my leg. Considering I hadn't been in contact with any animals, the flea definitely was already in the room. Aside from the dirtiness, everything else was fine. The people at the front desk were helpful, and we were treated well.

I thought I would have a pleasant stay at this hotel, not at all! No cable signal, no room towels, not even a small lamp in the room I felt I was staying at a hostel and not at a hotel.

1.You can listen everything from the other rooms. 2. I felt the hotel very improvised. 3. I hope that nothing happens there, the emergency exit rute is a fake.

The room was to small.. it felt like jail

Although the hotel is small and easy to miss, it wasn't bad for a one night stay.

Arrived at hotel after a long flight to rest , but left after an hour because hotel was extremely noisy and bedding looked dirty.
