Es un hotel con detalles antiguos muy bonitos, su personal muy amable, desde que llegas la chica de recepcion transmite mucha confianza y tranquilidad, en mi caso hubo un tema en cuanto a la habitación que habia reservado e inmediatamente lo resolvio y muy buena atencion de todo el personal, la habitación muy limpia y comoda, todo muy bien excelente servicio.

La informacion de las habitaciones no es la correcta, reservamos una cama Queen en el portal y en el hotel no tienen camas Queen, no dieron habitacion con dos camas pero el personal del hotel muy amables nos dieron una habitacion con cama King, sin embargo el ruido pasa por las puerstas y ventanas y no se siente suficiente provacidad.

El hotel es cumplidor con una excelente ubicación muy cerca de la plaza del centro y a parte cuenta con estacionamiento sobre la calle Colón. El cuál se conecta directamente al hotel. El único detalle fue que al llegar solo aceptaban pagos en efectivo.
