Nice excellent views the nature is amazing The only problem the staff leave at nigh time is not 24 hours

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Very clean and comfortable. I loved the gardens and there were several villas but they were separate and surrounded by plants and flowers so you felt as if you were the only ones there. Only negative thing I would have to say as it’s the train tracks are about a quarter mile away and occasionally I heard the horn. I slept soundly and it wasn’t an issue. Just something to be aware of. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Service and Staff are very helpful when asking for support. I will recommend to change towels, they seemed very old, so this will enhance the quality services.

This is a wonderful place to stop over on a longer journey. It's our second visit. The gardens are amazing, beds comfy, rooms clean and pleasing, staff more than helpful. We would love to stay longer one day.

We loved our stay here. Very quite, peaceful surroundings of exotic plants and flowers. The breakfast was outstanding, with homemade jam, eggs any style, fresh-squeezed orange juice and homemade yogurt. All of the staff were extremely nice and friendly.

The good: the setting (gorgeous gardens); the breakfast (from a menu not the dreaded buffet): our table looked at Pico de Orizaba through enormous cacti. The bad: we had to hire a taxi to lead us there. We needed a fire. No one on site to help us build one. A cold night.

Ya conocia este hotel desde hace años, pero me decepcioné al ver que no le han dado mantenimiento. Las camas terriblemente incómodas (incluyendo el colchón, la mala calidad de las almohadas y sábanas), el servicio bastante deficiente, pedimos que nos apoyaran con prender la chimenea en ambas noches que nos hospedamos y no nos apoyaron, ni con los insumos para hacerlo nosotros, entre otras cosas. La noche es muy cara para lo que se ofrece, casi $2000 mxn por noche, pero la calidad de las camas y el servicio no lo ameritan. El resto del hotel es lindo, muy verde, lleno de pajaritos, el desayuno delicioso.

Todo muy bien excepto que el tren pasa muy temprano y se oye como si lo tuvieras en la almohada. Muchas arañas y telarañas en los jardines.

Excelente lugar, muy bonito, estacionamiento de tu auto en la puerta del cuarto. Jardines muy bonitos.

Experiencia increíble, este hotel es un orquideario espectacular con cientos de especies. La atención fue impecable y cálida. Un oasis para descansar. Nos faltó tiempo.

Esta vez había muchos animales en la habitación eso no me encantó ,nunca me había pasado eso

Maravilloso lugar por su paisaje, jardines y tranquilidad, noches oscuras y en silencio. Los desayunos son buenísimos, el mejor lugar en la región para desayunar.
