HOTEL ROSALIA

Close to downtown. Location is ideal. Comfortable beds.

Nice basic hotel in a good location in the town. Easy walk to the main square.

We stayed here for one night and loved the location and the staff. Unfortunately the reason we took the superior room was because it had a bathtub, which was not able to be filled as the water pressure was very low and there was not much hot water available. The room was on a very busy corner and the noise from the street was significant until about midnight and again in the morning. The night we stayed the internet was not working so we didn't have a great sleep or experience in the room. The manager was great as were all of the staff and if you took one of the rooms farther away from the main street and behind the wall, I think you might have a good sleep. It was also one of the more expensive places we stayed in the area - Valladolid is a fun town to visit and you can walk to the centre in a few minutes from the hotel.

Clean place, but lacks some basics such as hot water (got above cold, but not quite warm), hooks for towels, coat hangers, and black out curtains. Also, street traffic is noisy, not bad for me, but my wife is a light sleeper. She wore ear plugs and eye mask. The staff were friendly.

Room I got ( #1) was not very appealing. Even entrance door was not in good shape. Room was clean, bathroom also clean but looked dated. It has two beds, one in great shape and the other very saggy. Due to room 1 is the first room next to lobby, front door personnel conversations can be hear inside the room, and I had to walk out and give “the look” to the cleaning lady to lower her voice volume and laughs at early am hours.

Todo perfecto lo único es que un club sandwich que pedí a la habitación estaba muy malo y el desayuno incluido siento que sigue quedando a deber, tampoco entiendo su horario tan limitado para tomarlo, es máximo hasta las 9 am

Hubo filtración de agua de alguna parte del techo, de la caja del wc o de qué parte, pero siempre amanecía mojado el baño y parte de la recámara

El personal muy atento, a dos calles del parque principal, bien para pasar una noche, la luz del aparato del aire acondicionado ilumina la habitación y eso no nos permitió dormir placenteramente esto fue muy molesto, el estacionamiento es la calle pero el lugar es seguro por momentos no había agua caliente por la mañana, pero fuera de esto todo bien.

La ubicación es buena. El baño y el cuarto olían mal. No había toallas suficientes

me tocó un baño con la taza tapada, olor a caño y mucho, mucho ruido. La srita Ericka fue muy amable y resolvió la situación, me asesoró para tours a los cenotes y comida y el tour a Chichenitza. Mil gracias a ella.

Tiene buena ubicación y en general me pareció bien. Lo que no me gustó es que no funcionaba bien el calentador de agua, ya que el agua que debía ser caliente, salia únicamente templada y para mí hospedaje que fue en diciembre, si costaba acostumbrarse al agua a esa temperatura

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, y esta cerca del centro

Excelente atención y las habitaciones son muy cómodas. No hay ruido, lo que es importante para dormir y descansar.

Buen lugar para descansar

Todo bien, sólo que la cama asignada fue matrimonial y la solicitada fue Queen.
