2 night stay in the leather capital of Mexico , close to Centro square and leather shops, beautiful Centro square with church , especially at night when all lit up

Supongo que están re modelando el hotel, a nuestra llegada había un fuerte olor a pintura en la entrada, en la recamara la televisión no se veía, las toallas en el cuarto estaban muy rotas, mi hija estaba jugando en el piso tiene 2 años y estaba sucio

El hotel estaba muy limpio, las empleadas mujeres muy atentas y amables.

No elevator very uncomfortable I paid for two nights but I only stayed one, very unsecured area

Door card reader wasn’t working properly. It would take 5-10 minutes every single time to get access to my room. Area where the hotel is located is a dangerous area according to locals. Wi-Fi suckedand most of the time i would have to disconnect and use my cell data to access the Internet.

Where do I begin? The desk staff aside from valet parking attendant were unfriendly. Thank goodness the parking valet was able to assist me although limited in English - which was understandable. The room was dirty: floor was not mopped (wearing white socks reveal that fact), no blanket just sheets, mold on roof of bathroom, no light bulbs in two lamps leaving only one working, hotel location really..really sketchy, television installed on top of a clothing closet which caused neck cramps just to watch it in addition to the constant buffering due to poor internet/wifi. I will NEVER stay at any Howard Johnson hotels going forward.

Terrible place- don't recommend it. No nearby restaurants. Found ants and other critters in the hotel. Hotel located in the dark, UNSAFE part of the city.

They don’t have elevator

No hay Kleenex en la habitaicon y la regadera con muy baja presión

No hot water at all and the water running very slow. The good thing is the free parking

Everything was outdated

No elevator, gym was useless with equipment, area outside was worst smell, AC in room loud and had to switch rooms, had to ask for towels twice, wifi was horrible, will never return

El check in & el check sin problemas, el personal del hotel muy amable. Ahora la habitación: básica limpia en general, pero el baño fue el problema. Las toallas viejísimas, delgadas & rotas. La presión de agua súper débil, le falta una buena limpieza a la regadera, el escusado subí le bajabas de cierta forma la cisterna no se llenaba bien. El AC no enfriaba bien. Pequeños grandes detalles que necesitan mantenimiento. Me hospede ahí por ser una cadena hotelera que ya conozco, las imágenes no son actuales.

Awful outdated Do not book

NO ELEVATORS!!! All bedrooms are in 2-3rd floors. Can only access through stairs. Stairways did not have A/C. The hotel was not well conditions for hot temperatures. A/C in the room barely blew cool air. They allowed parties in the rooms of over 20 people during weeknights with loud music and noises. No type of amenities. Their gym was a joke. Also no cool air. Staff looked like they were forced to be there. Not even a smile was shared. Each time you leave the hotel you have to report to front desk. I don’t understand the need to tell them when you leave and return. Felt like I had to report to my parents back in the day. Restaurant area had no type of fan nor A/C. We either had to eat in the heat or our room. Overall experience was horrible. We had booked for two weeks and left after 5 days, loosing our money since there was no refund. Ended up at Staybridge in Silao who had the best of the best. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Good place but not bad for the price

I started their because of the name ! But the hotel needs to live up to it
