We stayed here as a family of three in a king room with a sleeper sofa. While the sofa bed was unfortunately uncomfortable—you could feel the springs—it was manageable for a short stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. Having a car rental on site was extremely convenient, and it was easy to get Ubers to and from the center of town, which was only about 10–15 minutes away. The breakfast buffet was excellent and a real highlight of our stay. Overall, a good experience, though the sofa bed could definitely use an upgrade.

El hotel y sus áreas comunes están muy bonitas, pero los cuartos están en proceso de remodelación entonces hay algunos con muchas deficiencias. En nuestro caso el cuarto era muy frío y en las mañanas se nos iba la electricidad.
El personal fue muy amable y busco siempre dar una solución. El restaurante español del lobby muy rico y el desayuno del lounge también.

Intercontinental is like a resort in the city, nice heated outdoor pool, Gym, Spa and a cozy lobby bar. Service stands out as well as the well served breakfast buffet. Thumbs Up !
