We stayed here as a family of three in a king room with a sleeper sofa. While the sofa bed was unfortunately uncomfortable—you could feel the springs—it was manageable for a short stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made a big difference. Having a car rental on site was extremely convenient, and it was easy to get Ubers to and from the center of town, which was only about 10–15 minutes away. The breakfast buffet was excellent and a real highlight of our stay. Overall, a good experience, though the sofa bed could definitely use an upgrade.

Pagamos por una habitación con unas especificaciones y cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación de mejor categoría y justo el hotel confirmó eso, que nos estaban dando algo menor, pésimo servicio y estadía, jamás me vuelvo a quedar aquí y menos a confiar en su plataforma porque pagué un extra por algo que no vale. Además decía que teníamos acceso al club y resulta que está en remodelación

Es la tercera vez que nos hospedamos y las dos primeras veces buena experiencia. Esta vez, la primer habitación que nos asignaron estaba en muy malas condiciones. La cabecera manchada, el mueble viejo y rayado, la pared del A/A manchada por escurrimiento del mismo, el piso también muy manchado. Llamamos y muy amablemente el chico de recepción nos cambió a una habitación más acorde a lo que pagamos por noche y al tipo de hotel que es.
