Excelentes condiciones, muy limpio y personal atento. Las instalaciones tienen un toque moderno que excedió mis expectativas. El hotel proporciona plancha, shampoo, crema y jabón. También ofrecen agua y café. Hay una farmacia Guadalajara muy cerca que se puede ir a pie si necesita comprar algo. Zona muy tranquila y nos sentimos seguros. Cuando regresemos a Guadalajara, definitivamente nos volveremos a quedar aquí. Altamente recomendado! Gracias!

When I stayed, the elevator wasn't working, and the hot water took a while to come out. The location was good, as was the cleanliness of the room.the room is not soundproof.

Nice hotel in the neighborhood we wanted to be, checking was fast and the room simple and nice. The first night that we wanted to turn the tv on the remote didn’t work, went to reception and got another but we couldn’t turn the volume up. One of the closets door was jammed and to me the one that I thought it was dangerous, a small step entering the restroom.
One day they forgot to clean our bedroom, they apologized but it was odd.
Very convenient to have a water dispenser in our hallway. Thank you.
