muy buena opcion para una estancia corta. las instalaciones y la ubicacion son buenas. Los unicos detalles son la poca capacidad de estacionamiento, si llegas despues de las 6, tienes que dejar las llaves y mueven tu auto como sea necesario, y el internet esta siempre nefasto. No se puede tener una llamada no ver alguna pelicula sin que se congele o te desconecte muy seguido.

Staff was really nice and courteous; my room was always perfectly clean. My only complaint is because water in the shower wasn’t have pressure! Definitely came back in my next trip to Guadalajara. Thank for all your kindness!!!

Cama cómoda, el área es segura, aire acondicionado, en términos generales, la estancia bien, lo único malo es que se escuchan muy fuerte los ruidos afuera de la habitación, gente cerrando puertas, caminando o hablando.

the room was very spacious, had a living room are, nice bathroom and big bed. Bed was comfy, just comforter was thin A/C stopped working the last day, couldn’t fix it. The shower water was freezing cold, and the iron had to be get from front desk with ID wasn’t in room, elevator was fairly slow; those would be my only complaints. Other than that, great place for the price, 15 min uber to places and had a pharmacy at the corner if you need anything. 8.5/10, would stay again

Avoid staying here if you can. This is a luxury motel. The parking is terrible if planning on renting a car. If you get to the hotel around 9pm, the parking is full and will make you park on the street. The staff was rude and even made a sexist comment when I was struggling to park. He said something along the lines of “no wonder they make fun of women”. The towels are rough and smell terrible even though we get “fresh” ones every day. The wifi is horrible as well and the hot water takes forever to heat up if you are lucky enough to get it. Also, you can hear all the noise from the other rooms and street. The only good thing about this place is the location.

When I stayed, the elevator wasn't working, and the hot water took a while to come out. The location was good, as was the cleanliness of the room.the room is not soundproof.

Nelly was the receptionist when I arrived and she gave a warm welcome. He was super helpful and even was a concierge of sorts for me when looking for a rental.

Perfect location at an excellent price. A bit noisy with trains during the night and people next door in the evening. Base of bed dangerous since it extended beyond the mattress Would stay there again
