The host, I forgot the gentlemans name, was polite and welcoming. Apologetic as many people came at once but thats understanding, he cant control that. Showed the suite which was clean.
Right in Old Town Kotor, within the walls. Access and access controls were great. Sound insulation was great. Excellent amenities and to stay right in the town was wonderful.
The only downside which is not a reflection of the owner was parking. I came at the tail end of tourist season and they (the whole country) jack up all costs 300% or more, shame on them, so public parking which is usually €0.80/hr becomes €3.20/hr. Find free parking if you can (come before 8 am or after 8 pm).

We never actually met our host Drazen in person, but nonetheless he was friendly, very helpful and gave clear instructions and advice. The apartment itself is lovely, was very clean and had everything we needed. It was inexpensive and spacious, with a very central location that made it easy to explore Kotor on foot.
The only issue would be that it's not the easiest to find, and as it's in the old town there are quite a few stairs and no lift. It can sometimes be noisy in the evenings.

If I could give this 0 out of 5 stars I would, but unfortunately that is not an option. This was by far the worst hospitality experience I’ve had in years
First of all, if you have a car and you’re looking to park onsite, there is no onsite parking not even for the €20 fee stated in the Expedia description. This became the pain-point of this entire experience.
The host of this property was incredibly rude and should not be allowed to host on this platform if he continues treating customers the way I was treated. My conversation with him over whatsapp degenerated into him calling me names and hurling expletives at me all simply because I dared to ask for the parking in the description which is what I paid for. All of this happened the night before my stay, so quite understandably, I didn't feel comfortable staying there, so I didn't. I cannot speak to the on-site experience here, but having such a poor experience before arrival probably wouldn't have been positive experience

Great location with paid public parking a short walk away. Unit was very comfortable and very clean. But, beware the wine bar right across from the apartments. The first night (Wednesday) the music was loud enough I think all of Kotor could hear and ended at midnight. Thankfully, the second night the volume was much lower and ended at 10pm. We were in apartments 1 and 4 which did not face the wine bar so that helped a bit. Also, the washer is not in the apartment but shared and on the second floor.

The apartment and check in were wonderful. Unfortunately there is a wine bar at the bottom of the steps and they had set up at DJ booth outside and blasted music until someone went and screamed at them just before midnight. We had to leave early for a big drive the next day and if we had known about the noise we would have not stayed there. But it is beautiful.

Right in the heart of the Kotor Walls (inside!) this place was a surprise. Unbelievably beautiful and modern designed accommodations within walking distance to all the main areas/bay happenings. Couldn't ask for anything more, and the price is right.

Loved it! Perfect location inside old town walls (close to the North gate). Very nice and responsive host. Modern, comfortable and clean apartment. Be prepared to walk up a few stairs, as would be normal in the old town. Host indicated to us where we could find parking close by, which was super helpful. We had a great time! Highly recommended!

PARKING IS NOT INCLUDED. The listing mentions that parking is included but its in hopes of 12 free spots next to a bakery. I stead we had to park in a lot at .83 euro an hour. Otherwise this apartment was everything you would want within the old town of Kotor. Would recommend this apartment to any traveler, just expect to pay for parking.

We got apartment number 2 (2 bedrooms). It's a really nice apartment with spacious bedrooms and rhe place was clean. The host was friendly and helpful too. Loved having some wine in the balcony and enjoying the music from all the bars! Ir does go dead quiet at 1.00am so sleep was good too
