Best feature is the exterior of the building and I guess a parking spot is a luxury in Morocco. Came on time at 12pm and they checked my reservation to ensure they had it. I decided to get a late lunch and then check-in fully. When I tried to check-in around 4pm they didn’t have my rooms ready. I reserved 2 rooms with a pool side view. After waiting in the lobby and asking a few times if the room was ready they finally said it was 30 minutes later. Got to my room to find it open, floors dirty/wet, no towels, and a clogged sink. So after another hour got the sink unclogged and a towel that I had to grab from the cleaning trolly because there wasn’t a staff member to be seen. I decided to wear slippers in the room and not bother to tell them to clean the floor again. My poolside view was a joke from a 1x2 ft window that mostly had a view of the adjacent construction dirt zone. I literally had to open the window and stick my head out to get a good view of the pool. Elevator had a foul smell. Pool table required coins to play. Breakfast included! Had to request fresh orange juice that Morocco is infamous for because initially they had powdered orange water. All breads were cold. Tables were dirty. Staff attire was dirty. Went to outdoor lounge area to drink coffee and tea to find rusty chairs and sun damaged plastic chairs with dirty spots on chair pads. Overall, I rate this hotel a 1 star because the price, appearance, and accommodations.

The hotel is presented in the site as in the centre o Essaouira, but when arrived we discovered is 30 minutes away for the town driving off-road! Doesen´nt corresponds at all with the description.

nous avons 2 chanbres doubles pour 3 nuits et nous avions demandé des chambres rénovées... bref lavabos bouchés 3 jours la fenetre de la chanmre ne fermais pas dons s'ouvrait avec le vent le store de la fenetre etait bloqué fermé .. impossible de l'ouvrir . le service inexistant nous avons du demander a 3 personnes dans l'hotel une seconde serviette de bain car il n'y en avait qu'une pour 2. j'ai demandé un acces au spa qui etait proposé en supplement et la receptionniste n'a pu joindre personne en 2 jours .. donc spa fermé . service au bar deplorable . bref si vous allez dans cet hotel pour une nuit etape ce sera bien ... mais pa plus longtemps . chambres tres mal inonorisées . trop cher pour la quakité offerte

Hôtel agréable avec un beau jardin et piscine. Le personnel est accueillant. Il faut demander les chambres rénovées très propres avec un lit confortable

Es ist eine einfache Unterkunft, Frühstück OK aber jeden Tag das gleiche. Was uns überhaupt nicht gefallen ist das Handtücher Service: Die Handtücher werden vormittags abgeholt, gewaschen und erst gegen 17 Uhr wieder gebracht, also zwischen 11 Uhr und 17 Uhr gibt es keine Tücher im Zimmer. Pro: - Preis - Freundlicher Personal Contra: - Schlechte Ausstattung der Zimmer (z.b. keine Kleiderbügel in den Schränken, Rollos defekt, kein Wäscheständer im ganzen Hotel) - Handtücher Service.

A fuir Chambre moisi avec des fourmis de partout. Ménage très mal fait voir inexistant. Trop cher pour ce que c’est.

Séjour très agréable, l’accueil au top. Très beau jardin avec piscine et terrasse. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet varié et très bon. Juste un petit bémol au niveau des fenêtres de la chambre car beaucoup de vent du coup on entend le vent souffler.
