I had a pleasant stay there. The staffs were very welcome. Very nice location, near to Hassan II Mosque, only 5 minutes walking. Breakfast was nice and comfy room.

This hotel is not as chic as they made it look, it's just ok. It is getting tired and old. The location is excellent so I would recommend it for that. The staff seem to think they are working in a very important establishment and I felt they were looking down on us for some reason, they had an air of aloofness. The buffet breakfast was shocking, a lot of bread and cheap options, just not good. We did have dinner in the restaurant and that was decent and the server we had was nice. Ok for a one night stay but don't expect what you see in the photos.

We enjoyed our stay in this fowl however we would suggest the following
Having the housekeeping to leave new towels
They kept forgetting to leave fresh towels going down to reception to ask for them was so inconvenient
Also the tv didn’t work , no reception information was left in the rooms so we didn’t even know the number to call from the rooms
The A/C doesn’t work nor the mini fridge
Safe box didn’t feel safe to leave important documents in

Big hotel close to the Mosque II. Rooms were spacious, breakfast buffet available, bathroom needed maintenance as did the curtains but generally very comfortable with good housekeeping staff. The kitchenette was deficit in equipment which made the utilisation void.
Make sure to go to the mosque early as 'bus-loads' of tourist turn up soon after 9:30am - first tour begins at 9. The tour is well worth taking.

We checked in during a very busy time unfortunately as a large tour group had just arrived. We had two rooms and only one was ready but they said they would call when the other one was but never did. Breakfast was included but same thing, because of the large tour group, there was limited seating and they couldn't keep up with the food selection/provision for the amount of guests there were. Staff were not the friendliness or in any hurry to provide service. Otherwise, the hotel is in an amazing location to the mosque and parking is included which is nice if you have a car.

My family and I stayed at this hotel during our stay at Casablanca. We enjoyed the service, the amenities, and the breakfast provided to us. All of the workers were very nice and professional. We enjoyed that it was close to the Hassan II Mosque and the beach. Overall, we recommend this hotel.
