Excelente ubicacion, aunque el hotel puede ser viejo el cuarto tiene todo lo necesario y una vista espectacular a la mesquita. Cercano y seguro. El personal habla muy poco ingles lo que complico un poco el tema pero nada que sea tan importante.

Location is perfect, 2 mins walk to the Hassan II Mosque. Rooms were huge with a large set of sofas. Very nice firm beds. Slept really well. Our rooms each had a large private balcony, felt like a small backyard. Breakfast was good. Lots of varieties. Although it’s the same set of choices every day. Had omelets, cooked on the spot. Very friendly staff. Receptionist Yassine was particularly helpful. When we had trouble contacting our day tour guide (prebooked elsewhere), Yassine called them several times on his own phone, and talked to the tour company to resolve it for us. super nice guy. Really appreciate it. Highly recommend the hotel.

I was only here for a night. Close to Hassan II Mosque and seafront. You’ll need a taxi to get to train station from here. Lots of options for hotel breakfast. Only complaint is my bathroom drain was clogged.

Almost no water pressure in shower, couldn't even wash my hair properly. Barely passable breakfast (only the omelette was good, bread was basically inedible). Most staff is not friendly. This is not a 4 star hotel. Only positive is the location close to the mosque, but far away from most other sites.

The room was big and comfortable. The program card for the air-conditioner didn’t match the unit so couldn’t be operated, however that wasn’t a problem…come summer it may well be. Expect a laidback approach to service in the restaurant and you won’t be disappointed, otherwise great.

I had a 2nd floor, Silver level room. The toilet and shower were very cramped and the bathroom is old. The shower door did not close properly. The room was neat and clean. I had a partial view of the Mosque out my window, otherwise the view was onto old apartments. Food was okay. Noise level is average to poor. Staff were good. Restaurant service (dinner) is "African time" (not rushed). Location is great for mosque and walking distance to Old City area, Ricks Cafe and Sqala Restaurant/Cafe.

Selon l'employé qui se trouve à la réception, vous serez bien accueilli lors de vos requêtes, ou alors l'opérateur sera glacial et peu changer de poste ! Le petit déjeuner est à améliorer en tout point. La salle de bain est inadaptée aux temps modernes !! La chambre est correcte, mais très loin des standards par rapport aux nombres d'étoiles annoncés. L'établissement est extrêmement bien placé si vous désirez visiter la mosquée, qui est absolument magnifique.

This hotel is not as chic as they made it look, it's just ok. It is getting tired and old. The location is excellent so I would recommend it for that. The staff seem to think they are working in a very important establishment and I felt they were looking down on us for some reason, they had an air of aloofness. The buffet breakfast was shocking, a lot of bread and cheap options, just not good. We did have dinner in the restaurant and that was decent and the server we had was nice. Ok for a one night stay but don't expect what you see in the photos.

I had a partial view of the Mosque out my window, otherwise the view was onto old apartments. Food was okay. Noise level is average to poor. Staff were good. Restaurant service (dinner) is "African time" (not rushed). Location is great for mosque and walking distance to Old City area, Ricks Cafe and Sqala Restaurant/Cafe.

Selon l'employé qui se trouve à la réception, vous serez bien accueilli lors de vos requêtes, ou alors l'opérateur sera glacial et peu changer de poste ! Le petit déjeuner est à améliorer en tout point. La salle de bain est inadaptée aux temps modernes !! La chambre est correcte, mais très loin des standards par rapport aux nombres d'étoiles annoncés. L'établissement est extrêmement bien placé si vous désirez visiter la mosquée, qui est absolument magnifique.

This hotel is not as chic as they made it look, it's just ok. It is getting tired and old. The location is excellent so I would recommend it for that. The staff seem to think they are working in a very important establishment and I felt they were looking down on us for some reason, they had an air of aloofness. The buffet breakfast was shocking, a lot of bread and cheap options, just not good. We did have dinner in the restaurant and that was decent and the server we had was nice. Ok for a one night stay but don't expect what you see in the photos.
