Really great stay. I came during the low season and I think I was the only guest at the hotel. Great views of Bagan at the rooftop bar. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I don't think I had a single internet or power outage during the stay (which is not common in this area).

Our stay was only for a night. The hotel staff was excellent and communication with the front desk was easy. All staff were courteous and friendly. We had a meal at the restaurant and were served by a group of trainees - they provided excellent service! Check-in and out was efficient. Please keep up this service standard.
The room was clean (important) and all equipment in a serviceable condition. Bed was comfortable.
There is only one aspect of the room that we were not too comfortable with. There is a glass panel in the bathroom. Although it was covered with a layer of paint on both sides with a spotlight on the outside, it is better to have a solid wall instead for peace of mind.
Overall we had a pleasant stay and exceeded our expectations. We would come back again.

Nice quiet hotel close to the airport. Clean breakfast was good. Only problem was cooing of pigeons outside eraky in the morning.
