Good location, beautiful view, staff with great customer service

view from my room awesome and memorable ,in spite of rains on13dec , we did pass quality time just by watching lake and peaks.

Great location near the lakeside and easy walking distance from the shopping and restaurants. Had a lovely big room on top floor with double balconies. Great view. Clean and secure. Great night's sleep. Breakfast buffet ok. Hotel organised taxis and trips. Good advice on where to go. Just check on when you can pay by card as only took cash on last day.

After travelling for three months we checked into this hotel for a week and are so glad we did. Ashmita on reception offered a warm, friendly and efficient check-in experience and from there on we were impressed with pretty much everything about the place. Our room was fresh, modern and very clean. It had a balcony with some good views of the mountains. The TV has a good selection of English channels. The shower is powerful and there was always hot water. At breakfast the people serving were really lovely and very attentive. Being vegan we didn’t sample much of the buffet, but the service and ambience meant that we had a nice relaxing start to the day each morning. I cannot recommend this place enough - attractive hotel, wonderful staff, and great clean rooms.

Location was perfect- walking distance to everything! Service was terrific- staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend a lake view room with a balcony! We not only could see the lake but had a beautiful view of the peaks.

Cute hotel with great views of the lake, good location. Breakfast wasn't great, but there are many options close by. Clean and comfortable rooms.

We were upgraded to a corner room 504 and this had a balcony with great views of the lake and mountains. It was a two minute walk into the main shopping area so great for restaurants and getting ready for trekking I’d highly recommend

We had the top floor with uninterrupted view. Room was spacious, love the big windows/sliding doors making the room bright and airy. Enjoyed hanging out at the balcony (there were 2 for our room type). The staff were also very sweet to help me organised a complimentary birthday treat for my partner. Good breakfast spread.

Everyone was super helpful, the building looked new and very well kept, the location made walking around Pokhara very convenient.

This hotel was amazing from the check in to the end. The staff is amazing and friendly. The room is extremely clean and views are breathtaking. The area is absolutely wonderful. Lakeside has so many great restaurants and shops. The lake is so close. This was an amazing stay.

My stay was really amazing. It was hospitality with a personal touch. Perfect location to be in Pokhara. Walking distance to the Pokhara market and Lakeside. Staff was humble enough to guide me through to best utilisation of my time for a brief stay of just 2 days. Nice spread of buffet at the breakfast. Though we couldn't get enough spare time to experience the lunch and dinners. Overall more than worth the money spent.

Amira at the front desk was a great help in providing us with bus tickets to Lumbini and many valuable information about the town and what to explore. She made our stay special and had always some kind words. The hotel room was beautiful and bright and very close to the main street. 3 min. walking. the breakfast was delicious. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel white pearl and we extended our stay from 2 nights to 6 nights! The bellboys, front desk and waiters are very friendly and always smile at you! Good breakfast with wide variety of food. The room facing both mountain and lakeside as this hotel is the tallest compared with other buildings or hotels. You can ask for 6th or 7th floor for nicer view. The dinner is yummy too as they served the best dal baht in town! It’s the best I had in our trip! We would stay here again and highly recommended!! Thanks to all the staffs for all the help during our stay!

Well Trained Staffs in Wonderful Hotel. This was 2nd time stay in the same hotel. PReviously i had stayed other hotels nearby for office and personal works but this is the best one so far. The location is very good as its not in main street but 2 min walk which make its perfect as its peaceful where as if you want 1-2 min you reach main area. This is also next to the boat area and lots of clubs and resturants just in 2 min walk. This is perfect !

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just around the back of the main streets so away from noise but really convenient. Friendly staff and good, clean, comfortable rooms. My room also had 2 balconies with a table and 2 chairs. The only small negatives I had were that the wifi code I was given only worked on my floor, not in the lobby or at breakfast, also when I arrived at in my room, there were no leaflets or information on the local area or activities. There is however a desk downstairs for that, but some in the room to look over on arrival would be nice. Also there was no hotel information in the room either, breakfast times, hotel amenities etc. The bathroom was nice and clean, good shower. There was no shower cubicle in my room, the shower was open like a wet room, so I’d advise moving the toilet roll out of the way before showering! The morning coffee/tea station in the room has no milk, so ask for the powdered packets the night before. This seems to be fairly standard for the rooms where I’d stayed in Nepal. I would stay again.

Impeccably clean, warm hospitality and lovely light and airy room with a view. Excellent all round, especially for what we paid.

day 1, toilet broken (no water to cistern). staff member in bathroom door locked for 30 mins then declared all fixed. day 2, toilet broken. waited 90 mins for response then to reception to be told 'they are coming now'. 5 minutes later told 'all fixed' which I dispute. asst mgr then comes to the room, inspects toilet and declares it broken. He then shuts door and is in there for 30 minutes before emerging dripping water from his arms. picks up phone next to my bed and talks to someone while wiping water off his arm onto floor and bedside table. another staff member arrives with tools. both go into bathroom and close door. 40mins later they emerge declaring it to be fixed. bathroom floor is covered in black slime and lumps of black 'stuff'. they get 2 cleaning ladies who are cleaning the next room to come in. they have one cleaning bucket between them they remove rags from the bucket and wipe over all surfaces in bedroom including phone. they then go into bathroom and put those rags in bucket and take a toilet brush out of bucket and clean inside the toilet. they then put brush in bucket and take out rags and wipe over all surfaces in bathroom including toilet bowl under seat, top of seat and cistern, bathroom sink and then proceed to polish the drinking glasses with the same rag. "so that is why I have diarrhoea". all other hotels booked out for Nepalese new year. all hotel staff banned from room and I buy Mr Muscle and clean myself.

The amazing thing about this hotel is how it pampers you like a 5 star hotel and at the same time makes you feel at home. I was spoiled by the staff from the moment I checked into the hotel to the time of check out. As this is a relatively new hotel, the room was still in very good condition and I particularly enjoyed the shower. It has the luxurious feel to it. Location is no doubt fantastic. Only a stone's throw away from lakeside and loads of shops and restaurants within 5 mins walking distance. Great view at the terrace if you want to catch sunrise and sunset. Chance to see the Annapurna range from the terrace. Special thanks to Binod the assistant manager for his kind gesture in helping me bandage my scratch from a minor bike accident. He makes guests feel important and appreciated at all times.
