Good location, beautiful view, staff with great customer service

view from my room awesome and memorable ,in spite of rains on13dec , we did pass quality time just by watching lake and peaks.

Great location near the lakeside and easy walking distance from the shopping and restaurants. Had a lovely big room on top floor with double balconies. Great view. Clean and secure. Great night's sleep. Breakfast buffet ok. Hotel organised taxis and trips. Good advice on where to go. Just check on when you can pay by card as only took cash on last day.

After travelling for three months we checked into this hotel for a week and are so glad we did. Ashmita on reception offered a warm, friendly and efficient check-in experience and from there on we were impressed with pretty much everything about the place. Our room was fresh, modern and very clean. It had a balcony with some good views of the mountains. The TV has a good selection of English channels. The shower is powerful and there was always hot water. At breakfast the people serving were really lovely and very attentive. Being vegan we didn’t sample much of the buffet, but the service and ambience meant that we had a nice relaxing start to the day each morning. I cannot recommend this place enough - attractive hotel, wonderful staff, and great clean rooms.

Location was perfect- walking distance to everything! Service was terrific- staff was friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend a lake view room with a balcony! We not only could see the lake but had a beautiful view of the peaks.

Cute hotel with great views of the lake, good location. Breakfast wasn't great, but there are many options close by. Clean and comfortable rooms.

We were upgraded to a corner room 504 and this had a balcony with great views of the lake and mountains. It was a two minute walk into the main shopping area so great for restaurants and getting ready for trekking I’d highly recommend

We had the top floor with uninterrupted view. Room was spacious, love the big windows/sliding doors making the room bright and airy. Enjoyed hanging out at the balcony (there were 2 for our room type). The staff were also very sweet to help me organised a complimentary birthday treat for my partner. Good breakfast spread.

Everyone was super helpful, the building looked new and very well kept, the location made walking around Pokhara very convenient.

This hotel was amazing from the check in to the end. The staff is amazing and friendly. The room is extremely clean and views are breathtaking. The area is absolutely wonderful. Lakeside has so many great restaurants and shops. The lake is so close. This was an amazing stay.

My stay was really amazing. It was hospitality with a personal touch. Perfect location to be in Pokhara. Walking distance to the Pokhara market and Lakeside. Staff was humble enough to guide me through to best utilisation of my time for a brief stay of just 2 days. Nice spread of buffet at the breakfast. Though we couldn't get enough spare time to experience the lunch and dinners. Overall more than worth the money spent.

見晴らし最高の部屋でした。シャワー・トイレの仕切り無く、シャワー利用時の飛沫に気遣い乍、使用しました。このあたりの配慮があれば、最高でした。（残念な部分です）

Amira at the front desk was a great help in providing us with bus tickets to Lumbini and many valuable information about the town and what to explore. She made our stay special and had always some kind words. The hotel room was beautiful and bright and very close to the main street. 3 min. walking. the breakfast was delicious. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at hotel white pearl and we extended our stay from 2 nights to 6 nights! The bellboys, front desk and waiters are very friendly and always smile at you! Good breakfast with wide variety of food. The room facing both mountain and lakeside as this hotel is the tallest compared with other buildings or hotels. You can ask for 6th or 7th floor for nicer view. The dinner is yummy too as they served the best dal baht in town! It’s the best I had in our trip! We would stay here again and highly recommended!! Thanks to all the staffs for all the help during our stay!
