Had a three day conference at the World Forum and decided to stay close by. Love where it is situated. Although a little far from the city centre, I do enjoy the calmness and the green surrounding. The apartment was well designed and very modern and the kitchen useful. My room was in the lower floor. Since the rooms had large windows privacy becomes a little of a concern if I don't pull the shutters down. Next time I will try book rooms in the upper floors.

The Executive suites have little in the way of cooking facilities. That was my mistake, I usually book a 1 bedroom apartment. The building is safe and quiet. It has free laundry facilities which are very useful. It has air-conditioning which again is useful. The beds are comfy, and the rooms are quiet at night. My only gripe is the dark brooding look of the rooms. Dark woods and a bit lacking in colour. I hope they upgrade them sometime. But this place is a positive place to stay, and everything is good. The TV is not a smart TV, so no casting from youtube. :D Overall I would recommend this hotel. It is in a great area of the Hague. Easy for the coast and the city.

Pros: clean, environmentally friendly practices, easy check-in, good privacy.
Cons: painful check-out process, breakfast not worth add-on pricing, nearest grocery store some ways away, no kitchen sink so difficult to clean dishes outside of limited bathroom sink.
Recommendations: try to minimize the time the single elevator in the whole buily is put on service. Because of a series of events following a delayed check out process, I ended up missing my flight.

The hotel property was good and in good condition - but the level of cleanliness in the rooms has scope for improvement. For eg. window sills were not cleaned properly. The crockery was not cleaned properly, had to reclean and use.
The biggest disappointment was the gentleman at the reception when we arrived. He was curt bordering on impolite, with an unwelcoming and unfriendly attitude. Not the first person you want to encounter when you enter the hotel and are checking in. On the other hand the lady who was at the desk, later when we went was the absolute opposite. It would have been a very different rating had she been there when we arrived as opposed to the person we met.

Our daughter is a student in The Hague this is our second visit staying in the apartments we really like the cleanliness the space and the quiet, comfortable accommodation Now that we know the area we know that we can get the tram to the centre or to the beach with a local travel card

Facility is brand new and in great condition but hotel could not provide a converter when we needed one and if you wanted the room cleaned each day or a late check out that cost extra. I was also not very impressed with breakfast we paid extra for. The location was not far from the city center and a short walk from the tram but the hide away bed was the most uncomfortable sleeping apparatus I’ve ever experienced. It sagged in the middle and you could feel every spring through the paper thin cot. I barely slept the entire stay due to discomfort. Regular bed seemed very comfortable.

Great place to stay: good size one bedroom apartment, modern room layout, clean, friendly staff. The only downside is that there isn't much to do / see / where to eat in the area and it's a little bit far from the action (35 mn walk to downtown). But overall we enjoy staying there.
