We stayed here several nights. Excellent breakfast buffet. Location is perfect for the cruise terminal. There is a kind of food court super close. Also the Subway is steps away. Would stay again.

If you want a hotel that has modes of transport very close by then choose Roommate Bruno. The metro station and tram stops are 5 minutes walk away at Wilhelminaplein. 2 stops and you are in the heart of Rotterdam's shopping district, and 4 stops away you in Rotterdam Centraal which is the travel hub that connects you to the rest of Holland.
If you want a fresh, varied, value for money breakfast available between 7am and 12pm every day then make sure to choose Roommate Bruno. Food is fresh, and topped up frequently and the overall food offering is second to none.
This hotel does not offer Lunch and Dinner, however, right beside the hotel is a tremendous Food Hall that's open from 12pm till very late. International cuisines are offered here along with a main bar and a separate wine and cocktails bar. Plenty seating is available and is accessible to ALL.

VERY friendly, helpful staff! Room was clean and comfortable. The first floor lounge area was beautifully done- very comfortable with creative colors and decor! Breakfast had excellent choice of offerings. Especially appreciate the freah fruit and yummy bread! The hotel is literally steps from the Holland America cruise terminal. The only complaint is that the only way into hotel is up multiple stairs!! Very difficult to do with luggage even if you are able bodied! For those who have difficulty with stairs it's impossible. I'm shocked that such an excellent hotel in a very thoughtful country would create such an impediment to their guests comfort and safety! In many countries this would be illegal!!! For that reason I can't recommend this otherwise excellent hotel and won't be back myself!!!

If you're travelling with a friend please note that some of the rooms have toilets that are not separated from the rest of the room which can be uneasy.

Very Pleasant room in a modern hotel . The room was nicely designed but needed a few paint touch ups. The seperate toilet to shower is a nice touch.
The location is great but you can hear the music from foodhallen in the room till very late at night.
AC worked well, which was a big bonus during a heatwave, but it did leak water over the floor.
The room wasn’t huge but spacious enough. We had a cot from the hotel which was big, but it barely fit beside the bed, making the room cramped.
Check in was very friendly. Check out was tediously slow. Made more frustrating by staff sat in an office chatting despite there being a long Q. People who tried to drop their key and go, despite saying ‘I’ve pre paid’ were met with a bad attitude.

The hotel was fantastic. It’s only three metro stops from Ahoy and conveniently located near many attractions and amenities. The metro station is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, making it very easy to get around Rotterdam.
The room service was excellent, with the option to order food directly from Foodhallen. There is also a 24/7 self-checkout shop on the ground floor, which was very convenient.
The views from the room and balcony were amazing, especially with the beautiful weather during my stay. I would definitely stay here again, particularly if TwitchCon returns to Rotterdam in the future.
