Great location next to Eindhoven Centraal Station. Funky hotel, comfortable room, double glazed windows keep outside noise out, so a good night's sleep. Easy to walk in to the city centre.

The rooms were really clean and tidy with plenty of space. They featured a lot of small green thinking technology to help reduce carbon footprint without disruption to comfort.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and were able to help with questions around finding certain places.
The location couldn't be better, a stones throw from the main transport hub. So visiting any part of the Netherlands was a breeze.
I would highly recommend and will certainly be returning.

Front Desk staffs were friendly, although, it seemed there were always a long wait to talk to someone. Need more staffs. Room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly even after sharing with the management, place is busy; so the business is not hurting. I have experienced during my stay from Aug 16th till Aug 29th; broken laundry machines, broken elevators, no towels left in the room, most times no water bottles were left, and didn’t change linens for a long time till I notified front desk. I was disappointed.

2nd time staying and it has been just as good as the first. Staff are excellent and the bus station just over the train tracks means we can travel around easily.
Getting to the hotel is easy from the airport too with busses. We hired two bikes to cycle around which was good fun too!

The heating wasn’t working properly and I got a cold after 3 night stay. All other hotels were booked, so I couldn’t move. They don’t have maintenance available on the weekend for immediate fix. When I first told about the issue, I was laughed at - like it’s me that’s the problem, not used to European winter.
Furniture is old, there are scoffs on the tv table and holes in chair fabric and pillow.
The sink was clogged - again no maintenance to fix over the weekend.
Food mediocre. Asked and paid for an egg on top of avocado toast - they forgot it.
