Good location and very nice staff

Convenient spot to stay. Air conditioning wasn’t working very well but everything else was fine.

Like the location and you can get ice from the front desk. But the room and shower are small. And kind of tricky to find the hotel. It’s behind of a historic building.

The location of the hotel is 10/10 The staff are really nice But don’t go for the cheap room with a single bed and no windows, it’s worth spending the extra money to get the better room with windows

Nice helpful staff, room was sizable and clean. Bathroom was big but there was mould in the shower. They don't allow irons in the room but you can use one in reception which was slightly uncomfortable as I was ironing in front of guests. Overall great location for central, the staff are helpful and I would stay again. Not a terrible place but dated but did the job.

Great location for exploring the city and nearby restaurants for a fair price. Enjoyed the hotel, although it is a little dated but didn’t deter from out stay.

Put our bags in luggage hold One suitcase not there went out and another couple were just leaving with it. They DIDNT check the baggage tags Be careful

Big room, close to many amenities. Walking distance to many interesting points. Great pubs and restaurants nearby. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel was clean and room was spacious. Beds were high and difficult to get on and off. Top mattress kept shifting. Bathroom had only one large open sink with no counter space which was highly inconvenient. Staff was extremely helpful!

Staff were lovely, breakfast was a little cold and not very appetising. There was dust in the room and sheets weren’t changed. Hotel needs an uplift. Very noisy and above bars

great location, close walk to EVERYTHING, clean. small room but all that is needed for a night's sleep. friendly staff (except check-in person, that highlighted the word 'economy' when confirming my reservation), interesting, winding hallways, with up/down stairs, fun to get lost in

The hotel staff were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. However, the condition of the carpets in the room and even in the hallway was extremely disappointing. The smell coming from the carpet was awful and very strong, almost like it had not been replaced or properly cleaned for many years. The odor was so bad that it triggered a severe migraine, and I was unable to sleep the whole night. As someone who is asthmatic, I also found the dusty environment and smell very uncomfortable and unhealthy for my chest. The carpets really need to be changed or deeply cleaned because the smell throughout the hallway and room was overwhelming. Unfortunately, this completely affected the quality of my stay despite the good service from the staff.

The hotel is close to the central train station which made it convenient to get around as well as catch a train to the airport. But the hotel also has restaurants across and near it that if you have a room that faces the street, it can be noisy at night with the nightlife. Thursday night wasn’t as noisy as Friday and Saturday night. Ask for an inner room if possible.
