위치 좋고 깔끔하고 시설도 괜찮은데 창밖 바로 앞에서 아침부터 공사중이라 커튼을 열수 없음

전반적으로 훌륭하나 객실사이소음과 바깥의 소음이 생각보다심함 방음이잘안되고 계단이많아 짐많으면 불편 엘레베이터 있긴함

암스테르담 센트럴역과 가까워 걸어서 찿아갈 수 있어서 편리하였으며 걸어서 다닐 수있어서 나름 괞챦았다.

My room was clean, location was excellent. I read previous comments, was skeptical, however I had none of the bad experiences. Will definitely book again.

Easy check, friendly desk staff. My second stay because of a great location. Will stay there again.

El Hotel está muy bien ubicado, pero vinimos en reformas, y llegar a la habitación es literalmente cruzar un laberinto incomodidimo si vienes con maletas. Es verdad que no estás pagando por un hotel cinco estrellas, pero creo que las condiciones de la habitación y del Hotel, son inferiores a lo que pagas, aún obviando el hecho de que estaban en reformas y en nuestro caso fue todavía mucho peor .

Lobby was under construction. Stairwell smells like mold. Room was ok, beds were uncomfortable.

Clean room. Beds aren’t super comfy but a great budget option for a short break

The room was clean bur really really small, staff depending to the shift was nice, heating system defective needed to be reactivated everyday.

Pictures were not representative of the actual hotels rundown, grubby condition. The room I was given first had wet carpet in areas. Bed linen was dirty and one pillow had what I suspected to be bodily fluids on it. Woke up in the middle of the night to another rooms faulty bathroom fan making a clatterling noise, which ran from 3am to 8am. Hotel did move me to another room, but no one really cared. Second room was better but still grubby. Carpet in hallway hadn’t been hoovered in a while. Took videos and photos. Hotel not interested.

Could do with a little tlc and updating Pleasant and helpful staff Cleaning could be improved Quirky but we got used to it Excellent location

Great location! Near shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops and cafes. Shower was hot and pressure was great. Lovely staff. Rooms were ok. Beds were comfy, duvets were nice. Light beside bed stayed on all night, something was splashed on one wall, and we found a random pill on the floor that didn’t look like it was someone’s prescription. Also put up our “Do Not Disturb” sign as soon as we checked in and twice housekeeping knocked on our door asking if we wanted services, and once, they just unlocked the door and came in unannounced while we were sleeping. All aside, would stay here again. You can’t beat the price or the convenience.

Extreem laag plafond, we konden niet normaal rechtop staan. Spiegel in de badkamer hing zo laag dat we gebukt ons haar moesten doen. Airco en föhn waren zodanig beschimmeld dat er een stinkende lucht uit kwam, dus niet gebruikt. De vloerbedekking was een vies oud tapijt en doordat de vloer oneven was braken we bijna onze nekken. Ook zaten we schimmelpuntjes in het beddengoed.

My boys arrived before us and were given a room with mold on the curtains and the room smelled like sewer mixed with bleach. When we arrived I hat my room changed but the room looked like it was under construction. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom with cords sticking out -I’m assuming it was ment for an outlet since there wasn’t any in the bathroom. The floor in the bathroom was dirty and I literally washed it my self and put some towels an the ground, plus there was clumps of hair on the carpet-not sure if it was vacuumed at all. If it wasn’t for the fact that there was no hotels available in the are I would have checked out immediately. I’m giving it 2 stars only because I feel bad for the staff and because the hotel in great location
