The staff were all very helpful. They went out of their way to help.
The food was awesome. I would definitely stay there again. I would also highly recommend to anyone. The bus into Queenstown was a 1 minute walk. Very convenient

I liked how it was close to everything in town, just walk out onto the street. It is very convenient with a resturant and everything I needed. There is also a postshop in walking distance. You don’t have to walk far for walking tracks.

unclean, not as the photos were, unkind manager, smell was awful, had to go stay somewhere else. manager did not refund any money. Unprofessionally run bar, underage people serving drinks.

Great property, we arrived early but allowed access to room so we could leave our bags. Great to have use of a magnifying mirror in bathroom.

Historical shouldn't mean old and fithy. The staff were helpful and the restaurant good but the accommodations were terrible. The carpet looked 30 years old with huge stains and the bed was low and lumpy with no headboard. All the rooms overlooked the commercial trash and grease bins.

Great location and affordable in the heart of Arrowtown. While the room we had was dated, it was clean and tidy.
The only downside was the lack of air-conditioning to cool the room down on a hot night. The desknfan provided was noisy and inadequate for how hot it was.

Quick easy check in prosess conveniently situated in the heart of arrowtown perfect for short walks to restaurants. Rooms are in need of an up grade but all i needed was a clean bed and shower and thats exacly what i got
