The rooms needed up grading

Great location, nice modern room. Pretty quiet considering location. Would return.

Clean facilities in middle of Arrowtown. Large free car park located behind the hotel. Discount offered on bar and food

Disappointing stay and Wi-Fi non existent, sky tv connection was in and out and hard to watch anything so a bleak stay. Room was very basic. Location is good tho.

Our stay was very good. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable

We had the apartment, which was wonderful and a good value. Bedrooms a little hot at night. Terrible parking because of the time of year. Wonderful little patio.

The rental was spotless and staff friendly

Good location and price point. Good size room and staff were friendly. Only aspect is it is very noisy, even when the bar is closed you can hear everyone walking around outside and showers etc from other rooms.

Great old pub. Food amazing. Room was good with view or river. Hosts were the best!!!

The staff were all very helpful. They went out of their way to help. The food was awesome. I would definitely stay there again. I would also highly recommend to anyone. The bus into Queenstown was a 1 minute walk. Very convenient

unclean, not as the photos were, unkind manager, smell was awful, had to go stay somewhere else. manager did not refund any money. Unprofessionally run bar, underage people serving drinks.

I liked how it was close to everything in town, just walk out onto the street. It is very convenient with a resturant and everything I needed. There is also a postshop in walking distance. You don’t have to walk far for walking tracks.

Great property, we arrived early but allowed access to room so we could leave our bags. Great to have use of a magnifying mirror in bathroom. Awesome time Thank you

Historical shouldn't mean old and fithy. The staff were helpful and the restaurant good but the accommodations were terrible. The carpet looked 30 years old with huge stains and the bed was low and lumpy with no headboard. All the rooms overlooked the commercial trash and grease bins.

Very clean and quite even though it’s in the town centre Staff excellent. Should mention you have stairs to climb.

The room basic but comfortable ,the carpet could do with a clean otherwise quite happy .guests get 10% off drinks and food in the pub which is a bonus.
