Excellent location for our needs. Fair price. We would stay there again if in Oslo. Room was clean. Staff friendly, including very helpful cleaning staff. Breakfast was more limited than other Scandic's we stayed at (there were five others) but the price charged was considerably less. For a senior couple trying to keep costs down in an expensive country, it was two big thumbs-up! Beautiful country, beautiful people...

Lovely hotel in a great location, walking distance to Royal Palace and lots of public transport. Rooms spacious and clean. All staff friendly, professional and approachable. As a vegetarian there was plenty of choices at breakfast. Supermarkets within a couple of mins walk. Would highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely return.

Although we requested to clean up our room, in 4 days it was never done. We had to pick up towels at the reception, the garbage was never picked up, there was no shampoo and soap and the AC was not working.

The hotel is worn down and looks tired. My room wasn't cleaned well at all. Not only was the quality of the day to day cleaning good enough, but the whole place could need a deep clean.

Nice hotel, with a great breakfast does. Staff was very friendly. Overall this was a good stay- simple. Unfortunately no air conditioning or fan, and it got hot- i opened the window but train was running and loud.

Familierommet vi fikk skitent. Det lå hybelkaniner rundt omkring særlig under benker og seng, fant også gamle snusesker pluss gjenglemt sminke. Heldigvis fikk fikk vi kompensasjon ved utsjekk da vi klaget. Men skulle helst sett at vi kom til et ryddig og rent rom.

A very pleasant hotel close to the centre of Oslo. Nationaltheatret station is about 5 minutes walk away and a Metro station about 10 minutes walk. Close to the harbour - again about a 7/8 minute walk. Decent sized and clean room. Comfortable bed and very powerful shower. Good breakfast buffet with plenty of options - only downside was the lack of a second coffee machine meaning sometimes there was a queue at the machine in the mornings. Overall a good choice of hotel with a central location
