Everyone was helpful and friendly. The room was large and very clean. The bed was so comfortable. The free breakfast/ brunch was fantastic- fresh fruit and freshly squeezed juice- eggs, waffles, fresh and cooked vegetables, hot and cold cereal,cheeses/cold meat- so much- all very delicious!!!

The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Miraflores, just a short walk from parks, great restaurants, and the ocean views along the Malecón. It felt incredibly safe and convenient, even at night. The staff deserve special mention — genuinely warm, attentive, and always willing to help. Check-in was smooth, and they made me feel welcome the moment I arrived (even with a late flight!). The front desk team was professional and spoke excellent English, which made everything effortless. My room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed and linens were top-quality, and I had a fantastic view of the city. The bathroom was modern, with excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water. Everything felt well cared for and upscale without being stuffy. Breakfast was another highlight — generous buffet with both Peruvian and international options, and fresh fruit that was out of this world. I also loved the rooftop restaurant and pool area, which had beautiful views and a relaxed atmosphere — a perfect place to unwind after exploring Lima. Overall, I can’t recommend Hotel Estelar Miraflores enough. It’s stylish, comfortable, and incredibly well-run — truly one of the best values in Lima. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in the city.

For my last couple of days in Lima, I wanted to relax, and this hotel was perfect for it. The location is good, and I had a great room. All the comfort I could ask for. The staff was very friendly and I wish I could have stayed longer.

Room was spotless but missing a few things. Like Toilet paper. They no tissues. Had to buy my own.. The cleaning staff was great when i was in the room. Did have to ask them for a few items all the time i was there. Like Water and toilet paper.

They are very unprofessional and not respectful with customer. They promise a good service but the restaurant took forever to been delivery in my table, literally over one hour and the waiter were rude all the time. The food was fine but not well cooked, and drink were not good. They are dishonest in the way that they don't tell the hotel conditions at front and don't take responsibility for their mistakes.

The hotel is in a great part of Lima, but it is quite rundown and many of the floors have rooms and hallways that smell like mildew. Also, the breakfast is perfectly fine and it has been improved if you get there at 7 o’clock in the morning, but anything after 8:30 or 9 AM and you will find that most of the food is gone and there is not much choice.

I think this hotel was very nice in its day. However it does need some tlc. The air conditioner was incredibly noisy ….. and it has a very musty smell probably because it is so humid there. The cabinet door which was not actually a door as it fell off when I touched it. I guess from people always trying to open it…… The location was perfect and the staff were outstanding. The Lounge/restaurant was nice and had pretty good food. I would recommend still , we had a good stay
