The location is really what's superb for this hotel. You can definitely go to most spots from here. You can even walk from the hotel to the famous restaurants and cafés which we enjoyed a lot!

Avenue Suites is our favorite hotel in Bacolod - we stay here every time. It has everything we need, good quality throughout, good value, great location, and a very nice coffee shop/restaurant off the lobby. Great staff.

We have stayed at Ave Suites a few times and this time was the best. We got a room with a king size bed and the room appeared to have been remodeled. They have a nice restaurant, pool and spa at a reasonable price. The only knock is the lack of parking and the road noise from Lacson Street traffic.

Renovations on the 5th floor sledgehammer going from 10am in the morning 7 days a week They are supposed stop works at 5pm But still went on at 7pm at night The gym treadmills not operational.

We stayed in this hotel in the past and the noise was terrible. I let it off as thought it could be a one time off. But same experience again. The noise coming from the staff chatting away in the corridors is horrendous. Oblivious of the fact that guests are trying to get some rest. The rooms that may not be sound proof do not help with this at all. You can hear people walking along the corridors. And the music coming from the reception can wake guests up in the middle of the night. I am thinking of not booking in this hotel in the future.

It was a convenient area along Lacson Street but there was a limited parking space. There were lots of restaurants nearby, but you are right next to the hustle and bustle. The hot water in the morning for shower is not working. There was only 1 pillow and you have to pay for another extra pillow. It was loud especially when people close their doors, which makes sleep and relaxation interrupted. I booked rooms for 10 days and wished I didn’t.
