조식 식당 요리가 별로 였습내다

대로변 위치해 가격대비 좋은 호텔입니다. 방도 나름 깔끔하고 엘리베이터도 있습니다(한국은 당연하겠지만...) 단 한가지.. 다음날 새벽에 동료 센딩이 있어 택시 예약했다가 센딩 방법이 바뀌어 취소했는데 다음날 새벽에 와보니 자기네들이 췻느 못했다고 택시 와있으니 택시비 내라는 황당한 언변을 늘어놓는 카운터 직원! 뭐 일일히 녹음을 하거나 서약서를 받을수도없고.... 직원태도는 정말 화가납니다.

We stayed in this hotel in the past and the noise was terrible. I let it off as thought it could be a one time off. But same experience again. The noise coming from the staff chatting away in the corridors is horrendous. Oblivious of the fact that guests are trying to get some rest. The rooms that may not be sound proof do not help with this at all. You can hear people walking along the corridors. And the music coming from the reception can wake guests up in the middle of the night. I am thinking of not booking in this hotel in the future.

It was a convenient area along Lacson Street but there was a limited parking space. There were lots of restaurants nearby, but you are right next to the hustle and bustle. The hot water in the morning for shower is not working. There was only 1 pillow and you have to pay for another extra pillow. It was loud especially when people close their doors, which makes sleep and relaxation interrupted. I booked rooms for 10 days and wished I didn’t.

I have always stayed here every time Im in Bacolod.. very convenient location - near lots of food options and easy commute. But the hotel definitely needs renovation and upgrading. It started to get untidy and bathrooms near the resto and poolside are smelly. Though staff and service had always been the same and the convenience of the fifth floor spa is always a plus.

Booked for two nights, had to change rooms and Reception was able to get one after a short wait. Room was old, paint job in room was peeling off; rainfall shower had a crack and was dripping all over. Shower door had a gap where water spilled out onto the bathroom floor, causing the floor tiles to be slippery. Asked for spare pillows but there was a charge to get one per night, which I would assume should be a free item on request for hotels.

We have stayed at Ave Suites a few times and this time was the best. We got a room with a king size bed and the room appeared to have been remodeled. They have a nice restaurant, pool and spa at a reasonable price. The only knock is the lack of parking and the road noise from Lacson Street traffic.

We always stay in this hotel but this time it was a nightmare! There were bugs everywhere and the room is very very old! There were molds in the bathroom too! In there cafe we waited for our breakfast for too long and when they gave it to us, the plastic utensils have a cockroach legs!! And mind you we were traveling with a child and it was terrible seeing so much cockroaches!
