Initially I was in a room facing the road which it’s not a sound proof room, you can hear the noise of the tricycle and the noise from the lobby too , request granted to changed a room facing the pool and that was great and greatly appreciated.

No windows in my hotel room! When I inquired about another room (with windows), the answer was "we're already booked". It should be noted, I would never have made a reservation if there was a chance I would stay in a room without windows. It was weird and a bit uncomfortable.
The food at Geraldos was great. The service in the restaurant was ok.
The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. Again, my only real issue was how nonchalant they were about a windowless room.

Staff was very friendly. Had air conditioner not working, took 3 phone calls and almost 4 hours to finally resolve. The room was clean. Property needs to update plumbing fixtures. Corrosion due to very hard water and water pressure was very low. The wifi was very slow and kept dropping. Limited transportation available.
