Friendly and helpful staff. Bed was comfy and room was very clean. Used their shuttle service, less stress than trying to hail a taxi or wait for a ride share. Only one minor thing…Hotels dot com websites says some rooms have balconies (which I thought I booked and paid for an upgraded room), none do. The “Terrace’s” are glass fronted sitting areas on each floor that have a view of the road. Vivians needs to check the Hotel booking sites occasionally for accuracy. Also, hot water isn’t really hot. On the plus side, lots of food options in the area and a good coffee cafe across the street.

The staff were incredibly polite and friendly. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were good with really comfy beds. The downside was the water was not very hot in my shower however My friend was in a different room said hers was fime. Overall a good place to stay

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My father and brother stayed in Room 204 for 5 days and had a great experience. The breakfast was delicious with good variety, and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!
