Well located, central hotel, all public transport options on doorstep to explore Warsaw with ease. Bus to Old Town near roundabout. Warsaw Central Station, Zlote Tarasy shopping mall, Palace of Culture Science approx. 8 minutes walk. Hotel and rooms clean with views. Fridge and tea/ coffee making in room, + cold water dispenser for guest use on each floor level. A lovely Bar & Bistro at hotel, nice food and pleasant waiters and reception desk staff. Good value hotel. Would return here again.

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. When I had an issue with the toilet, the team immediately upgraded me to a beautiful suite, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The front desk clerks were always friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast offered plenty of delicious choices each morning, and I enjoyed dinner in the restaurant one evening as well. The female server was attentive, and the carbonara was absolutely delicious. The hotel’s location is ideal—just a short walk to the train station and the old town. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately, my experience didn’t meet expectations. One of the major disappointments was the view – the window was completely covered by a large commercial banner, which was not disclosed at the time of booking. It made the room feel dark and enclosed, taking away from the comfort I was hoping for. Another issue was the lack of soundproofing. The noise from outside and neighboring rooms was very noticeable, making it hard to relax or get a good night’s sleep. On a positive note, the staff were courteous and check-in was smooth, but overall, these issues significantly impacted my stay. I hope the hotel considers improving sound insulation and providing clearer information about room views in the future

Double bed still comfy and large solid pillows. Room on a small side but we didn’t come here to spend time in the room but to explore the area. Breakfast was amazing with lots of options. Great coffee. Location really, really convenient to most attractions that we came to see. Public transport almost at doorstep but we walked pretty much everywhere. Very close to many restaurants where you can find all kinds of world cuisine.

I am not sure whether this is where an envelope disappeared from my bag, I noticed too late and when out of Poland altogether. Might have something to do with a particularly unfriendly gentleman at the front desk who stored my bags for 1/2 a day when I arrived? Or with room service? I guess I'll never find out, but caution with your valuables throughout your stay is advised.

Had an amazing stay at Metropol. It was right by the Palace of science and culture bldg and old town is just about 15 min walk. very convenient and lots of restaurant , shopping around. hotel staff were excellent, they hold our bags since we arrive early morning and checking was at 2 pm. They had amazing drinking water machine (hot, cold and sparkling) by the elevator and hot water pot, big glass jug were helpful. Very clean hotel, comfy bed and decent size room based on what we paid. Overall great and we would stay next time.. thank you!
