地點離車站跟金色梯田很近，沿著新世界街前往老城區，也可以看到很多景點，家庭房的沙發床上會放折疊床，並且有乾淨的床單和被子，家庭房跟照片看起來一樣，缺點是廁所很小，而且有一點味道，最大的問題是太吵了，如果對聲音很敏感的人，真的不建議住這裡，半夜車子的聲音很大聲

飯店是真的乾淨但房間較小，2個28吋行李打開會比較不方便，旁邊輕軌站不定時經過淺眠的就別選！

Herşeyiyle güzel bir hotel.Memnun kaldım.Şehir merkezinde her türlü ulaşım imkanı mevcut,oda düzenlememizi yapan Oksanayada titizliğinden dolayı teşekkür ederim.Temizlik,konfor ,hizmet ve kahvaltı çok güzeldi.

Hej, hotellets läge, städning och frukost var mycket bra. Men hotellets aircondition fungerade inte. Vi fick byta rum två gånger men det var samma problem i alla rum samt i våra vänners rum. Ac startar men gick endast i 20 minuter. Blev otroligt varmt och kvavt och vi sov väldigt dåligt. Var uppe flera gånger på natten för att starta den. Vi pratade med receptionen flera gånger och de sa att de skulle skicka tekniker men det kändes inte riktigt som att de tog våra klagomål på allvar. Hörde dock att det var problem på hela hotellet. Så innan de har åtgärdat detta fel välj ett annat hotell.

Well located, central hotel, all public transport options on doorstep to explore Warsaw with ease. Bus to Old Town near roundabout. Warsaw Central Station, Zlote Tarasy shopping mall, Palace of Culture Science approx. 8 minutes walk. Hotel and rooms clean with views. Fridge and tea/ coffee making in room, + cold water dispenser for guest use on each floor level. A lovely Bar & Bistro at hotel, nice food and pleasant waiters and reception desk staff. Good value hotel. Would return here again.

I stayed at this hotel recently and unfortunately, my experience didn’t meet expectations. One of the major disappointments was the view – the window was completely covered by a large commercial banner, which was not disclosed at the time of booking. It made the room feel dark and enclosed, taking away from the comfort I was hoping for. Another issue was the lack of soundproofing. The noise from outside and neighboring rooms was very noticeable, making it hard to relax or get a good night’s sleep. On a positive note, the staff were courteous and check-in was smooth, but overall, these issues significantly impacted my stay. I hope the hotel considers improving sound insulation and providing clearer information about room views in the future

From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome. When I had an issue with the toilet, the team immediately upgraded me to a beautiful suite, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The front desk clerks were always friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast offered plenty of delicious choices each morning, and I enjoyed dinner in the restaurant one evening as well. The female server was attentive, and the carbonara was absolutely delicious. The hotel’s location is ideal—just a short walk to the train station and the old town. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Eigentlich das perfekte Hotel für einen Städtetrip: Flughafen S-Bahn direkt vor der Haustür, tolles Frühstück, nettes Personal, sauberes Bad, Kühlschrank…. Allerdings ist man sich über die, hier schon oft erwähnte, Lautstärke der großen Kreuzung wohl sehr bewusst und so findet man auf dem Nachtschrank ein Set Oropax. Leider war bei heißen sommerlichen Temperaturen zusätzlich auch noch die Klimaanlage sehr laut, die nach kurzer Zeit heftig anfing zu rasseln. Für die Ohrstöpsel konnte man also sehr dankbar sein. Was evtl. auch noch ein Problem sein könnte, wenn man ein Zimmer hinter dem großen Fassadenbanner erwischt. Die große Werbefläche lässt wahrscheinlich keinen Blick nach draußen zu und wird in der Nacht hell beleuchtet.
