Polonia Palace Hotel

Great room. Will come back again.

We had a fantastic stay at Polonia Palace Hotel. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore the city. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. Overall, everything was just perfect, and we truly enjoyed our time!!!

We arrived with a morning flight and have been happy to get to our rooms once we got to the hotel and not wait until afternoon . It is a clean, elegent place, close to city centre and with lovely personnel. Definitely worth the money. Unfortunately we forgot in our room a hat and two neck pillow. I was expecting someone from the hotel to contact us but they did not.

Great hotel convenient to everything.

A historic building with beautiful large rooms and convenient location , great access to public transport and taxis and safe locality . The nearby Palace of Culture and Science museum is just opposite and affords great views ( plus shopping malls with a Carrefour hypermarket in basement ) . Numerous good dining options are nearby as well as inside the hotel . The Old Town is just a 10 minute ride away by taxi and its within walking distance to the Communist Museum ( Muzeum Życia w PRL) The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were immaculate and very spacious. Breakfast had a good selection of continental and polish offerings. Definitely a place I would recommend and stay when visiting Warsaw again . We had a relaxing weekend break .

Hotel was close to Warsaw Central station. Lots of dining options nearby and it’s in a very walkable area. Breakfast was great with lots of variety and omelets made to order. Our room was very spacious and clean and we had a good bird’s eye view of the street.

This is a quiet, clean, and conveniently located hotel in the center of Warsaw. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the Warsaw Centralna Station, and the Old Town, museums, trendy eateries and stores are all easily walkable from it (Metro stations are also close by, but I prefer walking through a city when possible). Breakfast had a wonderful array of choices—from traditional Polish offerings to the standard Continental selections. The mattresses were some of the most comfortable hotel ones I’ve had the pleasure to sleep upon. I stayed in Warsaw for a couple of days before going up to G’Dansk and couldn’t wait to come back to this hotel to “rest” from the opposite experience I had in the G’Dansk hotel room.

I chose the hotel as I wanted easy access to the train stations and it was perfect for it. For example my train arrived at 7:24, I was checked- in and in the room by 7:40. Transport options in every direction were fantastic and with the downtown area being hip and up and coming, there were lots of eating options within few blocks. The building is big and the room size matches the building. The room was well- kept and even though some may find the furnishing a little old school I didn't mind. Plenty of seating areas and surface areas were convenient. The bathroom was big as well however I didn't like that you couldn't keep the door open. There were hand/body soap and lotion by the basin and just the same soap by the shower (I don't remember but the brand/range was called The Farmer's something). There were a couple of shower caps provided too. I was given a connecting room (didn't request one) and now and again I could hear the guests on the other side talking on the phone (admittedly he spoke loudly by any standards) and doors slamming shut. However these were not constant and did not disturb my stay. Although it was quite low- tech the AC system worked well. I enjoyed how smoothly the hotel was ran- everything clearly had been done many times and had systems/ protocols worked out. I felt I made a right choice staying at the hotel.

Location was excellent. Room service very good, staff all helpful. We did not have breakfast every day but when we did it was very good.

Air con was the only memorable weakness of this hotel. For me it’s important to be cool when I’m sleeping, maybe more so than most. Otherwise there’s not much else that I can notably complain about. The breakfast was a solid, location is good for the business district. Maybe if you’re more of a tourist than I’d suggest closer to the castle. It’s debatable~

Very nice interiors, clean modern spacious rooms with above average twin beds which are very comfortable to sleep on.

Beautiful and clean place. Very quiet too. Expensive but worth it.

The breakfast menu was superb. The staff were very helpful and courteous. There was no shampoo in the refrigerator oms, so he ng your own. The cleaning staff were exceptional.
