Check-in was smooth and efficient. The room was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities we needed. Cleanliness throughout the hotel truly stood out.
Breakfast was superb, with an excellent selection of meats, cheeses, salads, fresh breads, jams, yogurt, and coffee. The staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, happily sharing historical details about the building, which added a special touch to our stay.
The location is ideal—just a 4-minute walk to the castle. Highly recommended.

Świetny hotelik butikowy, szkoda, że nie oznaczony ilością gwiazdek, bo to wprowadza potencjalnych gości w błąd o niskim standardzie hotelu, a powinny być min. 3 *** a może nawet 4 gwiazdki ****. Hotel bardzo gustownie urządzony, chociaż w niskobudżetowym przedziale. Ale to wzór jak poprzez design wykorzystać maksymalnie niski budżet. Całość robi bardzo dobre wrażenie. W pokojach jest klimatyzacja, i to działająca, co nie zawsze jest nawet w hotelach ****. Bezpłatny mały parking. Śniadania wyśmienite, jak na klasę hotelu - serwowane ogromne porcje, duży wybór potraw. Brawo. Na minus - wąskie łóżka dwuosobowe - tylko 140 cm szerokości - to za mało! Poza tym super.

Lovely clean hotel. Never saw any staff from when we arrived till when we left. Room keys were left on the reception for check in. Rooms were clean and had everything we required.

We arrived late evening and were greeted by a friendly staff. Rooms were clean and cozy. Fresh coffee and delicious breakfast was served in the morning. Highly recommend this place !

The check-in was quick, flexibly early, and very informative, service was great from help with our multiple bags (no lift) to breakfast. The room itself was great, however there seems to be a problematic water pressure issue witb the top rooms in the building. We turned on the sink faucet in the morning, no water. Shower, no water...just some distant gurgling sound. The problem resolved itself after a few minutes wait but something for the property to consider as they are apparently expanding their property and adding more rooms. We recommend the place, just not the top floor rooms due to the water issues.

Great service and very nice hotel. Remember breakfast is not included in the price on Expedia. Parking is right behind or optionally across the street. It's a 5 minute walk from the Malbork castle so totally worth the stay.

The room was comfortable and clean, though it felt minimalist, but what do you expect for the price? I chose a room with a shared bathroom. The sliding shower doors were off their tracks, and the water never got hot. The area is safe, but bereft of restaurants except the adequate one in the hotel. It was a 35 minute walk to either the European Solidarity Center, or the railway station. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel, but I didn't bother using buses in Gdansk.

Sehr schöne Pension, mit schönen Zimmern die aber etwas hellhörig sind. Aber der Checkinn fand unpersönlich per SMS statt. Ebenfalls das auschecken und der Preis hat leider auch nicht gestimmt. Mir wurde wahrscheinlich Frühstück für 2 Personen berechnet obwohl ich alleine wahr.
