Location, location, location! The staff were so helpful, friendly and communication was great. We did the half board. The designated menu had a few choices in each category. The breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious. Would stay here again next time!

Fantastic location. We had a sea view room and it was worth it. Breakfast was fine. The items didn’t change for the 6 breakfasts we ate but using your imagination, it wasn’t too repetitive. We didn’t use the indoor pool(the only pool ) on the roof as there were very few loungers on the sun deck. The bar was nice though. I’d thoroughly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

I loved it here, mainly for the rooftop sun terrace with views over the beach, water, marina, castle and square and stretching across to the surrounding bays. I stayed an extra night and cancelled my Lisbon sightseeing plans

Good hotel in the heart of Cascais. It's more of 3.5 Star than 4 Star hotel. The building is from the 60s, but the rooms and bathrooms are all renovated. Staff are super nice and multilingual and helpful. Stretch of road in front of the hotel and especially the adjacent underground parking is always busy especially on weekends. The closest public beach is across the street. The restaurant and the breakfast is good, but could be better. Street view rooms don't have much of a view. My Expedia Platinum status didn't give us a room upgrade!

We spent two nights here after being in Sentra and the hotel was great. We had an ocean view room, so it was fun to see the beach volleyball court and all the boats coming in and out. The rooftop deck is lovely and we enjoyed sunset, cocktails there. You can walk to everything and it is a very convenient and felt like a safe location. There’s also a music stage out front so at night it can be a little bit loud, but it didn’t last too long into the late night.

Botel Baia is centrally located and we loved veing able to walk to all the shops and cafes. Waking up to views of the bay was lovely but the rooftop pool was not our favorite as it was inside what looked like a greenhouse and felt stuffy. We werent there to swim so it was OK but sometimes laying by the pool with a drink is nice and you couldnt do that there. The staff was VERY nice, especially a man at the front desk named Mathew. He went above and beyond to greet us everyday with a big smile and it made a difference in our stay :) Breakfast is included which is nice but its very basic and doesnt change. just so ya know.

The hotel is right in the middle of Cascais so it’s in walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and a few beaches. The view from our water front balcony was great. Staff were great and free breakfast was a nice start to the day. Even the on site restaurant was very good! Just note that the hotel is IN the city meaning it’s directly across from the concerts playing until 11p and the sports competitions start in the early morning. So it was NOT quiet at all. Convenient and fun- and loud. Overall a great stay!

Incredible location and view. Outstanding staff, nice pool and pool deck. wonderful breakfast, huge variety, could sit inside or outside. Walkable in every direction. Bartender and front desk staff went above and beyond by offering kindness, concern and bags of ice for a foot injury each of the four days we were there. Relaxing balcony with ocean view. I would come back again! Cascais is a delightful town.
