Very good experience staying at Ibis Doha. The property and the room were very clean, the staff was awesome (shout-out to Mr Baya for great manners, nice conversation and all the help he offered with room service), the bed was very comfortable as well. The breakfast buffet deal was excellent, great staff at the restaurant, fresh food and veggies and delicious made to order eggs. One thing I would suggest including is Kleenex in the room (mine didn't have). I'd definitely stay again in Ibis Doha and recommend it to family and friends

I recently stayed at the Ibis hotel, and my experience was amazing thanks to Baya. From the start, he was very kind and made me feel welcome.
Baya went above and beyond to help me with everything I needed. He knew a lot about the area and gave me great tips on places to visit and eat. Whether I needed directions or just wanted to chat, Baya was always there for me.
He is truly doing more than his job. His friendly attitude and willingness to help made my stay even better.
I want to thank Baya and the whole Ibis team for their kindness. I would love to stay here again because of such a wonderful team. Highly recommended! Thank you, Ibis, for a memorable stay!

I recently stayed at ibis, and while the experience was okay, there were several areas that could use improvement.
First, I faced delays both during check-in and check-out, which was inconvenient. The rooms are quite small, and amenities are very limited—you have to request them each time, which can be frustrating. Additionally, the breakfast offered was below average and didn’t meet expectations.
Overall, while the stay was manageable, I feel there’s significant room for improvement in both service and offerings.
