Hotel ANETTE

Amazing service as soon as we arrived from a lovely friendly lady on reception. Easy efficient check-in, incredible value for money. We didn’t use the resturant as we were out and about a lot of the time, but the bar was lovely, really quaint and cosy, lovely red wine. Only negative was the pillows were a bit lumpy but I can live with that. Overall I’d use this hotel again and recommend it, good location close to dive walking distance to everything.

The hotel does not offer any comfort. The bathroom is very small and tight. I couldn’t even take a shower properly because the shower head was loose. The pillows were saggy. The walls were releasing a white dust that got into my clothes. For the price we paid that hotel should offer at least a decent condition to stay

Close to tram stop and good location for exploring Prague

Nice stay in Prague. Hotel was nice and quiet with a great location close to river and tram stop. Friendly and helpful staff

Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast. The bad thing was the double bed, which was made up of two single mattresses pushed together. It was not comfortable at all.

The hotel was good, but the waiter was a little angry.

The hotel was as expected. Great breakfast. Great helpful stuff. Convenient location for both, walking or using public transportation. We did not hear noice from the street because we closed the windows. AC works good.

The staff of this hotel truly care about their guests. For the size of the hotel, it really felt like we were at someone's home rather than a hotel.

Very old hotel with sparse furnishings in the room. Extremely small bathroom. Very uncomfortable pillows. Hotel does have elevator/lift. Mattress was very comfortable. Very good wifi.

Did not honor my original reservation. Gave me a smaller room for the same price.However the room was ok and the staff was very friendly

Close to city lots of places to eat and drink and shop

Nice breakfast and conveniently located hotel. Thumbs up. During the check-in time, 1 passport/ ID doc should be sufficient for one person staying in one room. But the old guy asked for all 5 passports and visa, which was pretty annoying & frustrating as we checkedin pretty late around 11:45 PM. Please improve here, didnt like this experience at all.
