Modern,spacious, and clean room. The shower was big and with great water pressure. Very helpful, friendly and available staff. Breakfast is available, however it is quite pricey for what is offered. Central location and great value for the price.

Room was clean and fine for my purposes. However, it was very dated (think dorm room carpet).

Excellent choice when visiting Timisoara. I certainly recommend this hotel. walkable to all attractions. We found our room and generally the entire hotel cleaner than many five stars hotels in Europe and North America.we stayed before.

Excellent hotel, very clean and great location. The breakfast was great. The only minuses were the pillows and the bed was too soft. Parking at the property was also appreciated.

It’s not our first stay to Savoy Timișoara, so for us to come back it means we are happy with the stay. Bad things : 1. Prices for the minibar - exaggerated if you ask me. 2. A bit more responsible with the cleaning - in the bathroom, on the top shower rail, the dust was present to the point that I placed my towel there and I took it out with a stripe of dust. 3. Speaking of towels, for crying out loud, do something about the smell, use some conditioner or some perfume -they stink. Also, it feels like you are using sand paper. Good things : 1. Lovely breakfast - maybe not the most varied one but really tasty. 2. Lovely chap in the restaurant - clearly not Romanian - but his way of talking, really professional and good knowledge of the language. English speaker too. Well done mate. 3. Check in, the receptionist was lovely and explained everything. 4. Quiet : it was soooooo quiet. Overall an above average experience, I just wish the cleanliness was a bit more better as well as taking care of the sandpaper (ahem) towels.

Great place for your home away from home. So convenient, in the middle of city. Rooms are huge and very clean. Breakfast is great. Parking might be a little issue, sometimes all spots are taken and might need to park in public parking across the street.

Lovely hotel, beautiful large, extra tall rooms, very clean and quiet, beautiful bathtoom, very elegant. Short walking distance from the town Centre, Cathedral, parks along the river, shopping. Very friendly staff. Wonderful place

The condition of the property and the location close to the old town centre are excellent.

Smell in the washroom in the morning. Otherwise wverything was very good.

Great experience overall! Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms, decent price for the location, we will always consider it when we are in Timisoara. Position is ideal if you like to spend time in the old city centre and enjoy walking along the Bega canal.

We booked two rooms last second for our stay. The counter persons were friendly. The rooms are very large and plenty of amenities. Easily walkable to the old city. We had a very good dinner in the restaurant.

Fantastic stay. Perfect place. The staff was excellent. Especially Karla at the desk. Fun person that we really liked to have around. You are really lucky to have her.

Clean, renovated and modern facility close (walkable distance) of the central city area and many dining venues. This hotel could get upgraded to 4 stars, should the staff undergo more training and become more polite and responsive.
