Hotel Savoy

Modern,spacious, and clean room. The shower was big and with great water pressure. Very helpful, friendly and available staff. Breakfast is available, however it is quite pricey for what is offered. Central location and great value for the price.

The room was very clean, the staff was very polite, helped with any questions I had. I will come back, it was a great experience. I highly recommend.

Located near Bega river in a quiet residential neighbourhood, the hotel offers free parking and quiet ambiance.

Room was clean and fine for my purposes. However, it was very dated (think dorm room carpet).

Excellent choice when visiting Timisoara. I certainly recommend this hotel. walkable to all attractions. We found our room and generally the entire hotel cleaner than many five stars hotels in Europe and North America.we stayed before.

Friendly personnel, very spacious room. Parking available but a bit tight. Walking distance to city center.

Hotel bem localizado, com boas instalações. Atendimento ok, não muito simpático. Café da manhã poderia ser melhor. Não tem um ar-condicionado de fato, mas um aparelho que faz uma ventilação, então no alto verão não deve dar conta do calor. Reclamei e o funcionário que estava na recepção tentou me enrolar de que iria consertar e após eu insistir ele disse que era assim mesmo e me trocou de quarto.

Airconditioner not working To to hot

Excellent hotel, very clean and great location. The breakfast was great. The only minuses were the pillows and the bed was too soft. Parking at the property was also appreciated.

Hôtel situé à 5 minutes de l'église orthodoxe et à 10 minutes à pied de l'opéra. Literie confortable, les oreillers mériteraient d'être un peu plus gros. Petit déjeuner varié.

Good location, 10mins walk to central. Quiet area.

It’s not our first stay to Savoy Timișoara, so for us to come back it means we are happy with the stay. Bad things : 1. Prices for the minibar - exaggerated if you ask me. 2. A bit more responsible with the cleaning - in the bathroom, on the top shower rail, the dust was present to the point that I placed my towel there and I took it out with a stripe of dust. 3. Speaking of towels, for crying out loud, do something about the smell, use some conditioner or some perfume -they stink. Also, it feels like you are using sand paper. Good things : 1. Lovely breakfast - maybe not the most varied one but really tasty. 2. Lovely chap in the restaurant - clearly not Romanian - but his way of talking, really professional and good knowledge of the language. English speaker too. Well done mate. 3. Check in, the receptionist was lovely and explained everything. 4. Quiet : it was soooooo quiet. Overall an above average experience, I just wish the cleanliness was a bit more better as well as taking care of the sandpaper (ahem) towels.
