Fantastic. Great perks for gold members, wonderful service, heavily discounted parking.
My only gripe is I did find some rogue hairs on the bathroom floor and on my duvet (i have short hair, these were long, so definitely not mine)

Left my new kindle in room and it was never found even thought I phoned that day to report, hotel is nice, rooms are lovely and beds very comfortable but my kindle not being found when there is nowhere else it could have been was disappointing and has left me reluctant to stay at the hotel again even though it’s been my first choice for a couple of years now

Very close to buchanan bus station. Was caught in a pinch because of the rain so the rental umbrella service for 48 hours was much appreciated.

Great place to stay to explore Glasgow! Lots of restaurants..shopping on Buchanan street..close to Buchanan bus station.

Great location for the Theatre, City Centre and next to Bus Station.
Very clean and comfortable twin double bedroom.
Breakfast good .
Would recommend, great value.
The Staff were all helpful and friendly.
Three of us stayed one night.

Room was not super clean. Few towels for tow people and when asked to bring towels they didn’t. Didn’t offer early check in or room upgrade (not promised but said they would if available). Everyone but the two servers in the bar seemed indifferent about us bringing there. The fish and chips were really good.
